About: Hi, my name is Sainy (pronounced "Sammy") but I usually go by Sam. I've been a volunteer at many animal shelters across the country, including Fort Smith Animal Haven, which has given me plenty of time with various kinds of dogs and cats. I live a nomadic lifestyle, meaning I can't have a pet of my own without having to consider a pet-sitter for myself, so I understand the trust you are placing in me and don't take it lightly. I most recently spent a week cat-sitting 3 cats in South Florida, and am now back here looking to continue caring for animals! I've available anytime, anyday, as my work is all remote work! I'm attentive, but not stifling to your more independent furry friends. I keep feeding routine as needed throughout the day. I match the energy of your dog/cat well, no matter how high-energy or chill they are. Enrichment time is a personal favorite whether outdoors or indoors!

About: Since the age of 10, I’ve been dog-sitting and walking for family, friends, and neighbors. I am now 20 so I’ve been at this for awhile! During that time I’ve gained a lot of experience handling pets and everything they throw my way. I also work at a dog daycare/boarding facility and have gained lots of knowledge and experience from that as well. I have experience with handling large breeds and small breeds with no issues, pets who need special care, medication administration, and so much more! I know how important our pets are to us, they are like family and should be treated like it too! If you choose to book with me, I promise to treat your pets like my own and to give them the best care and attention. I’m currently a full-time college student at Carl Albert State College in Poteau, I do online classes which gives me a lot of free time and wiggle room for all your booking needs! I’m a very detail oriented person and love following routines, I think it’s so fun to see what the day-to-day plans are for the pets that I take care of. You can expect your pets to be taken care of how they typically are, too much change can cause stress so it’s best to stick to a routine that your pets know and love!

About: I have always been around animals!! I have lived a farm life and a city life. I enjoy taking care of many different types of animals, especially cats , dogs, and recently had some hands on learning experiences with otters! I have skills working with special needs animals that have seizures to not having some of their limbs. I hold a special place in my heart for all fur babies. Pet care is my full time job :). About: I am a safe place to drop off your fur babies. They would be fed, played with, and loved. I would treat them like my own fur baby. ❤️ I am available Monday through Friday until 4 pm. On weekends I am free, but will have my 2 kids with me who also love animals. I take my dog to the dog park, and take him on walks and play fetch. Lots of snuggles and care. Pets are family. ❤️
About: Note: I only sit animals that are up to date with vaccines, including kennel cough, and current on flea and tick prevention. I will sit any cat that isn’t super aggressive with humans. I ONLY sit dogs that are KNOWN to be good with other dogs and cats unless they are under 6 months old (in that case, I am happy to socialize them with my animals). I require clients to provide diapers/belly bands for male dogs due to the overwhelming majority of male dogs displaying marking behavior. This requirement may be waived for existing clients I have already sat for and know the dog does not mark. I have had animals my entire life. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats; one of the dogs is a stray who showed up at my house and I could not turn away. I truly have a heart for animals. All of my animals get along with each other and animals I sit through Rover as well as that I occasionally foster. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and personalities, including those that require extra attention and effort to make them comfortable. I have cared for senior cats and dogs, including at end of life stages. I am experienced in dispensing oral medications to both dogs and cats. I work from home full-time Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention as well as potty breaks. Outside of work, I am a homebody and rarely leave my house, so your babies will have consistent attention and affection with me. I follow all rules provided by my clients and will ask for permission to give treats, food, chews, etc. that are not provided by owners as well for permission to take them off my property (pup cup, hiking, etc.). As a former law enforcement officer (a decade of public service experience), safety is always my priority, and I ensure that pets are handled safely and securely.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
