“Kayla is incredibly reliable, helpful & kind. My dog Annabelle loves when Kayla comes to care for her and I am always so grateful for her consistency and dependability! Kayla has done many drop-ins for Annabelle for nearly a year and I recommend her highly.”

“Bridget exceeded expectations with visiting our cat BB while we were on vacation. She went out of her way to make sure BB was engaged and socialized. This helped immensely! We returned to a happy and stress-free kitty as well as full food/water bowls and a clean litterbox. It was so nice to get the updates and great photos since we missed BB so much! I highly recommend.”

“Samantha goes above and beyond watching my baby girl Missy. ! I know I never have to worry when she's with her. She always keeps her normal routine and for a dog parent that always worries about my pet, she sends us numerous check in pictures and videos and lets us know how she's getting along with the other pup. Really recommend Samantha and her family!..”

“Rachel provides weekly care for our dog and is always punctual. She provides excellent feedback, responds quickly, and is patient with our nervous dog, giving him the space and understanding he needs.”

About: I have tons of experience taking care of both animals and people. In addition to being a nurse and nannying, I’ve had multiple cats and dogs and also pet-sat privately for friends and family. I’m working and in grad school, but would love to do pet care on the weekends! If you’re leaving for vacation on a Friday and coming back on a Monday, I can help with that too. I am exceptional at caring for others, staying organized, and giving attention to detail. I can handle any mess made, I will carefully follow any detailed plan of care, I look forward to taking care of your pup or kitty!
“Brett was wonderful and very punctual. I have an extremely large dog and he handled him like a pro. They are best buddies now! Thank you, Brett for taking such good care of my big baby!”

“We had never left our dog with anyone but family before since she can be incredibly shy and anxious but Cheryl was wonderful! She took such good care of our girl. Our dog warmed up to her so quickly and she enjoyed her visits from Cheryl which made our travels enjoyable to know she was being taken of. Cheryl went above and beyond to give her the love and attention she is used to. We can’t recommend her enough!”
About: I’ve worked at a pet store for over 2 years, and I’ve been a dog bather for about half a year. I’ve always had pets my whole life but i’ve learned so much about our fur babies in the past few years. It’s something that I can do on weekends nights, and on weekends depending on school and my work schedule. Im pretty open though on most nights! I have a fenced yard with a big german sheppard, and two black cats that roam the house. I am always with my animals to keep them company and keep up there needs.
About: I have plenty of experience taking care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I have experience with younger and older animals. As well as back at home I have geriatric dog care experience taking care of my own dog Tripp. I am currently looking for a part-time job right now, so my schedule is very flexible at the moment. In the future that might change a little, but I plan to be free on weekends and some days throughout the week. At home, we have a fenced-in yard, and we like to let him out a lot in addition to a nightly walk. I can accommodate any needs that your pet may have, whether they need to be more or less active.
“We were very grateful to have Greta look after our cats while we were away. She stopped by twice a day, asked questions for clarification, and even brought in mail and packages for us. We will definitely ask her to help out in the future.”

About: We love dogs in our house. We've had 3 dogs of different sizes at one time. I loved going for bike rides with my Husky and my Border Terrier. Now we have a small Border Terrier named Indy. I love training dogs to do tricks, and just cuddling up in bed or the couch. Your dog friend will be have a blast with us and get all the love. I particularly like large dogs and I don't mind them jumping on me when they're excited, they just think they're little in their heads. My kids, of course, like the little ones and are always ready to play and be gentle with the little guys. Your dog will be just one more family member to us. I work from home, and I can take frequent breaks for walks, playtime, potty breaks. I rarely spend more than a couple of hours out of the house if I do go out. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment where pets feel safe and cared for. I follow each pet's routine closely, including feeding, exercise, medications, and enrichment. Whether in my home or yours, I make sure the space is pet-proofed, monitored, and filled with love and positive attention. I believe in earning your pet’s trust through patience and consistency, and I always treat them like part of the family.
“We will absolutely use Angela again next time we go out of town and can’t take our pups! She was very communicative with each visit and we really appreciated that after our last time using a different person that left us worried. Our dogs took to her (and her sons!) right away and seemed to have fun playing on their visits. Thanks again 😊”

About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have been a dog walker/dog sitter and have been boarding dogs for 6+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I grew up with a household of furry friends! I am currently stay home mom and I have plenty of time taking care of the pups. I'm available for boarding on weekdays and weekends, I love dogs and have two dogs of my own - toy poodle and golden doodle and have large fenced yard with pet friendly neighborhood. Pups safety is my priority.
South Shore cat parents share their Rover experiences
Bridget did a wonderful job taking care of my baby Chewy. He is really nervous and jumpy with strangers and she earned his trust in the end. She was very patient and gentle with him and made my trip a lot less stressful knowing she was there. This was my first time ever leaving him without a family member so I was really stressed and worried. She took great care of him and my home and I’m very grateful, I will definitely be booking with her again if I ever need to. Thank you Bridget!!
