“I had the pleasure of having Allie as our dog sitter for Ace and Summer, and I couldn't be happier with her exceptional service. Allie did an amazing job taking care of our fur babies while we were away. She was responsible, reliable, and showed great affection towards our dogs. We could tell that she genuinely cared for their well-being and went above and beyond to ensure they were happy and comfortable. Allie's attention to detail and timely updates gave us peace of mind during our time apart. I highly recommend Allie as a dog sitter and would definitely trust her with our pets again in the future. Thank you, Allie, for your fantastic care!”

About: I love animals of all kinds and look forward to getting to know your unique pet! My first animal friends were cats, but my circle quickly grew to include snakes, then dogs, and more recently other invertebrates like spiders and scorpions! While I don't have personal experience caring for birds, I am an avid bird watcher and would love to learn how to take care of an indoor feathered friend. I have experience with young pets, old pets, and pets with chronic illness. I have a very flexible schedule and am available on both weekdays and weekends. Late morning, afternoon, and evenings preferred. I can accommodate single or multi-night pet/house-sitting. I understand all animals have unique needs and personalities and I look forward to learning how best to care for your pet in your home!!

“We are so happy we found Katie :) Our dogs loved her upon the initial meet and greet and she sent great pictures of all the animals looking relaxed and happy during the booked weekend overnight stay. We came back to everything in place and super clean! Will definitely book Katie again!”

“Kyle really came through for my girls and I in a pinch. Their regular sitter was not available for a weekend beach trip I had planned and we put our trust in another awesome human. He showed up for a meet and greet and my spicy, anxious ridden rescue took to him fairly quickly. We were all happy he was able to stay overnight. My girls usually dont do well with being left alone more than one night. I had updates when I needed and I came home to my place the way I left it. Would definitely use Kyle again.”

“Julie is top notch. She sent us pictures and updates everyday. Made sure to let me know how much Blake ate and drank while we were gone. Our house looked exactly the way we left it when we got home. I have already recommended her to family and friends. Thank you again Julie Tammy, Scott and Blake ❤️”

About: I have had dogs since I can remember. I have trained puppies to caring for senior dogs. I have also had the same with cats. I have experience with caring for a dog after major surgery. Giving medicine and tending to wounds. We go for walks and take my daughter to the bus. She loves car rides and when working from home she sleeps under my chair. She is a good ball and loves to fetch. Love's water but also gets into everything. I have a fenced in yard but she has gotten bored and jumped the fence so we go for hikes and when we are in the yard I have a lead that she stay on. For her safety as she will chase the deer.

About: Animals are too good for humankind, so they should be treated like absolute royalty. I grew up with cats and had a small but successful dog-walking and pet-sitting business in my neighborhood growing up. I am more than happy to treat your pet as if they were my own <3 I am currently unemployed and searching for a new job, but in the meantime, outside of my rugby schedule, I am available to take care of your pets! To make sure your pet feels as comfortable as possible while you are away, I would love to learn their typical routine at home and their interests!

“Desire was absolutely fabulous!!! My pup just came home a week ago and she was able to take great care of our energetic little guy! Not being potty trained and in a new environment, she was able to keep him calm, provide updates of him and was very professional! Desire is GREAT!!! ?”

“Ariel did an amazing job of watching over our dogs and house while we were away. My senior dogs were relaxed and happy and she provided picture and video updates through the week. When we returned, the house was spotless and as if she had never even been here! Thank you Ariel! I highly recommend her services!”

About: About Me Hi, I’m Pam! I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all breeds—puppies to seniors—and treat every pet as family. I’m organized, caring, and deeply dependable, and I’d be honored to care for your pup. Why Choose Me? Flexible & Present: I work from home and dedicate undivided attention to each pet—companionship is always there. Routine-Focused: I follow your pet’s normal routine closely—mealtimes, walks, play sessions—to help them feel at ease. Why I Love Pet Sitting Dogs and cats have been part of my life forever—I can’t imagine not having at least one around! I balance caring for pets with raising my son—I’m home, present, and fully engaged. We’re warmly present at all times—your pet will be with company and attention throughout their care. Thank you for considering me—I look forward to making your pet feel right at home! 1. Adhere to Your Pet’s Regular Routine As an effective sitter, I stick closely to your pet’s feeding, walking, and activity schedules to reduce stress and help them feel at ease. Consistency makes all the difference—pets thrive on familiarity and structure. 2. Lean on Written Schedules & Reminders I rely on alarms, digital reminders, or a shared care document outlining feeding times, walks, and medication schedules. Detailed care plans—not just verbal instructions—help ensure nothing is overlooked. 3. Balance Walks, Play, and Mental Stimulation Your pup will enjoy walks in the morning and evening, play sessions in the yard or with toys, and brain games like puzzles or training drills. This balanced mix keeps pets physically active and mentally engaged, which is a hallmark of personalized, attentive care. 4. Clear Communication with Owners I provide updates via text, photos, or videos—tailored to your preference. Whether you'd like a daily summary or only updates if something important comes up, I'll make sure our communication fits what works best for you. Clear, consistent updates help build trust and peace of mind. 1. Create a Secure, Pet‑Safe Environment I prioritize safety by pet-proofing all areas—tucking away loose items, securing small objects, and removing anything toxic within reach. I supervise pets at all times, even in fenced yards, and avoid assuming familiarity protects against escapes or mishaps. 2. Use Barriers and Supervision for Added Security To prevent accidental exits, I employ secondary barriers—like baby gates or exercise pens—when entering or exiting through doors. Even in clients’ homes, I discuss acceptable barrier use ahead of time to ensure safety. 3. Establish Safe Boundaries & Routines I maintain separate feeding areas and “own spaces” for each pet to avoid tension and provide comfort. Cleanliness and routine are central—each pet has its own safe zone, whether in my home or yours- 4. Meet & Greet for Confidence and Preparedness I always recommend a Meet & Greet before booking—this gives us a chance to establish comfort and go over logistics such as key access, gate codes, and safe entry routes. It also helps me anticipate quirky behaviors and preferences that enhance care. 5. Respecting Your Home & Access Protocols When caring for pets in your home, I ensure a secure access plan—whether through tested codes, spare keys, or lockboxes—and always return keys promptly. I conduct perimeter checks to confirm gates are closed, trash secured, and hazardous zones off-limits. 6. Open, Tailored Communication Builds Trust I’ll work with you to determine your preferred update style—daily summaries, photo check-ins, or notes only if something unusual occurs. Consistent, clear communication not only reassures you, but also ensures your pet’s care is seamless. 7. Emergency Preparedness Included I keep emergency contact info—including vets, local animal hospitals, and your trusted contacts—on hand. I’m prepared to act quickly and responsibly in case of illness or safety concerns. 8. Built‑In Assurance through Rover’s Standards As part of the Rover community, I’ve passed a comprehensive background check and adhere to Rover’s Trust & Safety protocols, including the Rover Guarantee and responsive booking protection. Our communications always stay within the platform to ensure transparency and security.

“Olivier is an awesome and experienced sitter. Both of our dogs love him! And both of our cats confident enough to come out and stay near him (our cats are normally shy). He sends us daily updates on what they did that day, where they went and what fun they have. One of our dog is blind so we are always super careful about him. Olivier always ease our mind and know exactly how to take care of him. Highly appreciate! We would have no hesitation of contacting him for future sits. Highly recommended!”

“Serena and Jillian were great housesitters and went above and beyond with our animals. They sent regular updates and photos, and were very aware of even the little things. When they spotted an cracked car window when a storm was approaching, they contacted us to figure out where our car key was to roll the windows up. It's little things like that that stuck out, on top of lots of love towards our pets. Our dogs are still looking for them in the guest room! We will definitely rebook and highly recommend.”

About: From when I was 11 to now (20), I’ve had to take care of two of my own dogs and numerous others as well, both with help from parents/siblings, and on my own. Now that I dont live with either dog, as well as being a bit far from family who have pets, I have time to help others tend to/care for their pets. I dont do a whole lot when im off from work (Thurs, Fri, Sat) besides the regular groceries and yard work, so those are the days that Im most available, however on the days that I do have work, I get off around 8-830, so id be available for select nights on Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, just ask me specifically about those days (In Clients Home) I love playing around with dogs and helping them to get their exercise, however all dogs are different and some want their own space rather than playtime. In either event, I can learn to adapt on the fly according to the pets behavior, while also completing whichever tasks you would like me to do (walk, bath, etc)

About: I love to walk dogs and play with them. Being around pets makes me really happy. I love beagles and basset hounds plus many other breeds. A dog has been my best friend since I was 5. I have a pretty open scheduled time momentarily. My summer is usually not booked all throughout. Currently I work for a school district from August until June, my days during the school year are Mon-Fri 11:15-3:15 I would make sure that all doors, gates, and anything that can harm an animal in a safe zone. I normally make sure that there are no food items as well on the floor etc that can also harm animals.

About: Animals have always held a special place in my heart. As a kid, I was always the first to volunteer to walk the neighborhood dogs, and as a teenager, I found myself helping foster animals, especially pit bulls and stray cats, giving them a safe space and a chance at a loving home. Having gone through foster care and homelessness myself, I truly understand what it feels like to be abandoned, and that’s what drives my passion for helping animals who need a little extra love. I’ve worked with all kinds of animals, from wildlife like possums and raccoons to the dogs and cats that need care at home. I know how to handle different situations, especially when it comes to preventing tension between animals. I’m also used to the not-so-glamorous side of pet care cleaning up the poopies & making sure your home stays tidy & most importantly, keeping your pet comfortable. To me, pets aren’t just animals—they’re family. They’re your best friends, and they deserve the best care. Whether it’s giving them a baths ,walks plenty of playtime, helping with medications, or ensuring they’re free from fleas and ticks, I’m here to make sure your pet gets everything they need to feel loved and cared for. Communication is key, and I’m dedicated to working with you to make sure your pet is happy, safe, and treated with all the love they deserve. Currently going to school for Massage Therapy part-time Tuesday & Thurdays nights so I have open availability Monday, Friday Saturday Sundays depending on the week would still prefer open communication because of studying I'm doing for school & I also have 2 cats Boosti & Cleo & other life obligations / hobbies like art & music I'm developing. In my home, I share my life with two wonderful cats who mean the world to me. I make sure their litter boxes are cleaned daily, and they have every toy and scratch post you can imagine. Even though they still sometimes sneak onto my favorite loveseat, I’ve learned to embrace their quirks and keep them happy. My cat Boosti, who’s very vocal, loves to go on walks and climb up her favorite trees. She’s a survivor of a house fire, and I consider her my kindred spirit—she craves love and attention, and I’m happy to give it all to her. Then there’s Cleo, my “little toothless” girl. She’s been my companion since I was 18 and homeless. We’ve been inseparable ever since. Cleo’s a simple lady who just needs her treats, a cozy spot next to me (or my partner), and plenty of naps. She loves rough pets and has a funny thing for feet, but she’s quirky and sweet, and I wouldn’t change a thing about her. I bring this same level of care and attention to every pet I care for, whether they’re in my home or yours. Every pet deserves to feel loved, comfortable, and safe, and I’m dedicated to making sure they get the attention they need. From walks to playtime, cleaning up, administering medication, or simply giving them lots of cuddles, I’ll treat your pet like family. Whatever care they need, I’ve got you covered. This version reflects the love and attention you give to your own pets and shows that you bring that same care and dedication to the pets you care for in clients' homes. It's heartfelt and highlights your deep connection with animals.
