About: Hi, Everyone! My name is Cara. Thank you for visiting my page. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm. A half hour lunch long lunch where I can leave to care for your furries in the middle of the day depending on the distance. Dogs will be crated when I’m not home. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away. I work M-F through a nearby school, being able to provide supervision to animals while I am home. About: Do you ever look at your dog and think how did I get so lucky...Pups to many our like children they get all the love you have to give...Like you the time I am with them I will love and adore them...I've almost always had a dog...My beagle Shelby 15 1/2 passed away on December 20, 2022 and Dante passed away July 4th 2020, I don't have the heart to delete them he was 11 and had been with me the past 4 years since I saved him from the NYC kill shelter on his last day...I trap cats have them fixed and find them homes, some stay (10)....I am active on house sitting sites and travel for sits whenever I have free time from work (photographer)...For years I have taken care of friends cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats and Rizzo the rat... I work a lot from home only gone a few hours at a time if I do need to go out for any jobs or errands... I do have an indoor/outdoor kennel in my barn in the house I have a spare bedroom a pet can have if they need their own space also a mud room which I mostly use for kittens/cats I have trapped...

About: I am very well equipped to care for dogs and cats with varying needs and abilities. Each animal deserves the love we would give our own child. I’m currently looking for new opportunities having just moved back to the area. I have grown up here and have cared for many pups and kitties and would love the opportunity to give your pet the love and care they deserve. About: I’ve taken care of lots of pets over the years. I enjoy being around animals and showing them love because they do the same for us! I have a genuine love for taking care of things if I can help it and I’m going to school to even become a nurse. I also started a house plant hobby. Taking care of things is just in my blood. I’m available more in the evenings . My schedule is flexible but inconsistent because I’m part time at my jobs but we can discuss availability if you book me to take care of your pet(s)! I have a fenced in back yard and just one cat. I’m able to keep them separated if needed. I also have my own home and it’s a smoke free one! I’m very clean and clean my home daily. I let my cat on the couches so yours will be allowed the same if they are not dirty of course.

About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: Hello! I’ve been around or raising most of my life, I even have 2 cats and 2 dogs currently. I am a very dedicated, reliable and caring pet lover so I’m very comfortable taking your beautiful babies on a walk or to a park if they’d allow me to. I will do everything I can to make ur pet as happy and comfortable as they can be while you’re away! I’m also comfortable feeding, grooming or playing with your pet as needed. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Many different kinds, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, etc. I will treat your pet with love and kindness. I have a job where I make my own schedule. If you decide to board your pet with me, I will be on premises at all times. For boarding, I have a decent size fenced in back yard. I do have a 7 year old husky that has gone to daycare. He's been around a lot of different dogs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can do that as well. I am available to come feed your animal in your home. I can let them out and walk them if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of several dogs over the years. One of the dogs was an older dog who needed me to stay at the house for two weeks and give up to 6 medications a day, so I have experience with elderly dogs. I have also watched 3 week old kittens for an entire week and had bottle feed them every 4-6 hours, so I have experience with young animals like that as well. In addition I have taken care of dogs who are very territorial, and am able to read their body language well to ensure a safe visit for me and the dog too. I’m currently working full time at UHS. Although while I’m at work your pet will be home, I have most weekends off and visit the pets right before and immediately after work. I make sure when I’m in a client’s home I’m not only kind to the animals, but to the house as well. I absolutely love all animals so I give them as much attention as I can because that’s what I would want for my pets. And I update the owner as many times as they ask me to so that they can feel at ease being away from their pet.

About: Animals and nature have been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve been exposed to, and well acquainted to a variety of animals, including fish, rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and even a baby squirrel rescue! I am also a volunteer dog walker at my local shelter, which is my therapy and brings me great happiness. I have two dogs of my own that I’ve raised since they were eight weeks old. They are my entire world. I am knowledgeable in basic dog training and obedience, and very observant and understanding of animal behavior. Nothing brings me more joy and happiness in life than being surrounded by the love and purity of animals. I currently have open availability. I have a very flexible and adaptable schedule and I am open to what works best for you and your pets needs. I am with my dogs all day everyday. They get all of my love and attention. I constantly monitor for potential hazards and act accordingly in order to limit any risks. Cleanliness and order is my main priority as I value a clean and tidy home. I have fresh water out all day and I feed them twice a day. My dogs get a specialized high end kibble which I supplement with fresh meat, organ, eggs, fruits, veggies, goats milk, coconut oil, bone broth, salmon oil, turmeric and a daily vitamin. I wash my dogs as needed or every two weeks. I brush their teeth, fur, and clip their nails weekly as well. I only have high quality chew bones and other toys available that don’t pose a risk as my dogs are heavy chewers.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs bigger than me since I was little lol! I’ve owned rotties, Dobermans..and now I have my own 2yo Labrador! I’m very well experienced with dogs, I know they require attention, love and exercise and I promise you I can provide that! I currently work full time 4 days a week, 7am-6pm Sunday-Wednesday. But would walk dogs after work! I’m available Thursday to Saturday from anywhere after 8am and before 10pm! I have 70acres of land up the road from me they can roam, or be on a heavy duty leash if needed. Theres, rivers, ponds. And I have crates incase they needed to be crated!

I promise to care for your pet like my own! As a swing shift employee, I only offer services on my days off, so you can be sure your pet will have my attention, time, and care during it’s stay! I have a large, unfenced yard on a quiet road to provide plenty of leashed walks throughout the day/evening. I have a very friendly, 40 pound hound dog to be your pet’s friend during the day! My dog, Bailey (as seen in my profile picture), is crated at night because it suits her best, however I will care for your pet whether you prefer them crated or free-range at night! I have an adorable tabby cat, Pippi, who may come out to greet your pet but typically prefers to stay by herself.
