About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. There’s always been a family or friends dog around, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently have two side jobs that I have full control over, so I’m able to be flexible and available any time of day or week to care for your pet. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evenings, I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs! When I’m caring for pets in their home, I do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’ll follow any instructions you leave closely - whether it’s feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or giving medications. About: Hi my name is Averi, I have been around animals my entire life but have the most experience with dogs. I do have a charcoal lab of my own who is now a certified service animal that travels around to nursing homes and comforts those in need of puppy love. I recently got back from traveling abroad and am looking for a side job to back up my part time job! I have a 11 month lab of my own so she gets 3 meals a day, plus plenty of exercise to tire her out at night. I make sure to take her on at least one big hike a week to make sure she is getting that experience, and am always taking her into public for socialization I treat others animals as if they were my own, I take pride that I treat animals very well and am always willing to do anything to make sure the owners is as comfortable as can be. I believe that in order to make an animal act right they need to feel comfortable and safe, which requires patience and a soft hand.

About: Volunteering at shelters and owning an array of pets throughout my life helps me understand fully how to care for a creature. I've never turned away an animal and have worked with nursing birds, rodents, bunnies, and kittens back to health after rescuing them. I also love working with exotic pets like amphibians or reptiles, but mainly I board and walk dogs! I'm very good at reading body language and training stubborn dogs, and working with animals full time would be a dream career. Right now I'm studying premedicine / ecology at UA and taking care of animals over the summers to save money for school! Going to Albany on the 24th! Until then I can board, but afterwards I'm switching my location and removing boarding from my services as I'll be on campus. Large yard with electric fence and 2 extra collars for a medium dog. Home with 3 accessible stories, dog food, treats, litter box, toys and plenty of enrichment. Dog beds and human beds for sleeping, large safe neighborhood for walks!!

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid, having many pets growing up. I have volunteered in the animal care center at Greenburgh nature center where I got to care for a variety of reptiles and mammals. I have dog sat many family friends dogs, and also walked dogs for families I've babysat. Most recently, I worked at the Hudson Valley Humane Society Shelter where I mostly worked with farm animals and dogs, and is where I met and adopted my sweet boy named Suka. I currently am working in Ithaca 6:30-3:00pm and have the afternoons available I would be able to work in the Ithaca area or surrounding all the way to Truxton (where I currently live). Come this September I will have Wednesdays and Weekends completely available. I live on 5 acres, with plenty of room to play. I will always keep your pet on a leash or make sure there surrounding area is gated in so no one escapes. Having a husky, I am well versed on being prepared for escape artists.

About: I have had dogs in my house for the past 17 years. I am looking to care for your animals and show them love and joy. I enjoy being around animal friends very much. I am a very big animal lover. I love cuddling animals and making them feel loved. I love it when pet parents leave me great directions and I love sending them notes or pictures back of their babies to brighten their days. My favorite thing is sending pet parents their pictures of their babies so they can see how they're doing. I currently work a part-time job. my schedule is pretty flexible as long as I have early enough notice. I typically have shorter shifts and am available whenever I’m not working. I do not have a fenced-in yard but I can keep your pup on a leash and play with them in the backyard we have.

I have raised 2 puppies so I am able to potty train and do basic obedience I am currently working part-time so I’ll have plenty of time to walk and play with your dog(s). I am also available for drop-ins to take your dog(s) out during the day if needed I have a large back yard and 3 friendly and trained dogs that can keep your pup company. I am also close to a few places to go for walks for any dog reactive dogs. I can crate if needed
