About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young, but just started pet sitting a couple years ago and have worked in the veterinarian field for 5 yrs now. You can also find me helping out in the kennel some days. I currently work full time at a veterinary clinic, usually 4 days a wk. I do work 10 hour days, but always make it a point to go back for a potty break at lunch when housesitting. I have a large, unfenced yard. I do have a tie out or can walk on leash. There are 2 cats in house, that are used to dogs being around. There is also a rabbit, but he is caged.

About: Hi, I have taken care of my own pets and other people's pets for years. I moved to Mid coast ME 5 yrs ago from Nantucket. I am also a professional gardener, so if you need watering etc while your away. I am currently self employed, so I have a flexible schedule. We can figure out a plan for your pet care. Look forward in planning w you. I have a dog Elka and 2 cats. Elka is easy going dog who loves other dogs and cats. I think the best way is to have the dogs meet and see how things go w them before a care schedule can begin. We have also traveled and cared for other dogs in their homes and everyone gets along.

About: Iv been raising newborn kittens and fish my entire life. I grew up with big dogs too! Past co-workers would often say I have a funny personality and a calm demeanor. My attention to detail is my strongest skill. I have done volunteer work for camp sunshine, the animal refugees, and we run a youth group called Gaming for Christ. Im an artsy person; im in college for horticulture and I hope to work as an agricultural specialist. Veterinary assistant experience from York County Community College. I have five years of customer service experience. Looking for long-term work with friendly people who will make a list of specific details (if needed) for your pets. I take a great time making sure your pets are happy and comfortable! Completely open to any time or date that your furry friend needs me! Holidays and special occasions included! Im going to school online so I can always be available. I am very knowledgeable in Pet CPR. Fast reaction skills and attention to detail. “Jason did a great job looking after my Tucker and Trixie. Even suffered through my pestering him as this was the first time I've used a service like this with a smile. I was nervous. Lol. Would definitely use Jason again.”

“Charlotte did an amazing job with our pup Gryff! She was caring, sent constant updates and was able to deal with Gryff’s anxiety. We were able to have a wonderful trip because we knew he was in great hands. We came home to a spotless apartment and thoughtful note from Charlotte. We would definitely use Charlotte again and would recommend her for anyone leaving their furry friend at home.”

“Atlas is the best dog sitter we’ve found on this app - probably that we’ve found ever. We cannot recommend her more highly. She went above and beyond for our dogs and was quickly our reactive dog’s favorite person. We’ll be booking with Atlas for all our future travel and dog sitting needs.”

“Caroline did an amazing and thorough job with our fur baby! We had last minute travel plans come up and she was still able to accommodate our crazy schedule. She took multiple walks with Zeke and was great at communicating and sending pictures. Zeke is a pretty anxious dog, but he was comfortable with her right away, as were we! She asked questions that showed she genuinely was interested in making sure he was comfortable. We will definitely be booking Caroline again and would highly recommend her!”

About: I am available and have a very flexible schedule. I have raised my own dog for many years and love to tend to others as well. Responsibility, reliability and trustworthiness are guaranteed along with ensured fun and care. I care for my own dog with daily walks, and basic care such as feeding and playful fun. I have been doing this for most of my life because of my pets and would love to do it for others. For my pet, I put him in a harness and on a leash when going on walks and going potty. In a different house that’s more secluded with more landscape, I allow him to roam freely with cautious eyes. For my clients, it depends on what they prefer whether it’s keeping them on a harness or allowing them to roam freely as well.

“Wendy did a great job with my pup,Buddy! She even stayed later to make sure he wasn’t alone! Very nice, our whole family liked her tight off! She also sent me a great picture of Buddy, he looked very content! She also was available on short notice, as my son surprised me with a visit! Thanks again Wendy! Definitely will be booking you in the near future!”

About: Hello, my name is Sierra. I enjoy trail walks and dogs of all ages and sizes. I have walked dogs of my own as well as neighbor’s dogs who were unable to do it themselves. I am looking for a way to meet new members in my community and help take their pets in adventures along the way. I am concluding my masters and Umaine and could use a four legged pal to explore as that chapter closes. I will provide many encouraging pats, water, treats (per your instructions) and enthusiasm. I enjoy dogs with all my heart and need something to brighten up my day during this time as well as helping those who are unable to walk their pals. I am more than happy to answer any questions and formulate a schedule if anyone is interested! I hope you be able to work with you and your companion in the near future. Thank you for your time. My availability is M-F after 5; after 6 Saturday and Sunday. I do morning walks around 5 am M-F as well for ~2 hrs for those who have pals that enjoy longer walks. To ensure your pets safety a detailed list of your pets needs and important contact information with your number and/or your vets number will be made after the initial interview with me!

Catherine K.
“I am so grateful I found her! My new work schedule was so hectic and I was exhausted when I returned home. Long walks with my Yorkie (9) and Yorkie-Palm (1) turned to us just standing in the front yard. I knew it wasn't enough. I knew I needed help, my dogs deserved more. That's when I reached out for help and came across Sky in her eye profile. I was nervous at first because I am really protective of my Yorkies. She arrived on time and communicated with me the whole time she is with my pets, which was very important to me. They absolutely adore her! She is loving and patient with my older Yorkie, but also fun and energetic with my pup. I'm also grateful that I can trust her to watch my pets when I have to go out of town. My dogs are not neutered so they don't have many options when it comes to pet hotels. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge about caring for dogs, but what I love is her friendly attitude and the passion she has for what she does. Thanks to her my dogs are well taken care of when I am away and also get the right amount of exercise on the days I don't have the energy to give them the walk they deserve. Again I am so grateful for such a reliable doggy caregiver, I think she is the best and I'm sure your dogs will think so too!”

Sierra C.
“Sierra is great with dogs! They seem to gravitate towards her. She has great experience and is very responsible. She’s a dog lover and would make the perfect dog sitter!”
