“Kathryn was absolutely awesome with my 6 dogs. I had to be gone for 3 weeks, and she did a fantastic job stepping in to take care of my herd tho they had never met before. She was warm and friendly to us all, kept everything neat and clean so when I came home after those 3 weeks all I needed to do was walk in and be with my kidz. Everything swept and mopped, took trash out, she even fixed up the special food I give them so it was ready ahead of time for me to feed them the next day. She regularly sent photos, reports, and my kidz were just as I’d left them, loved and well taken care of. Kathryn has a true sense of integrity and honesty, absolute tops, would book her again should I need someone. She is excellent with pets. Mine range in all ages and sizes, from a chihuahua poodle mix of 7 lbs to a big boxer. This was first time I and my herd ever met her, am so very blessed she took care of them, 2x/daily for 3 weeks. About: I have always had a dog growing up. I learned how to cut their nails, play, groom, and administer medication. Anything you can think of, taking care of a dog, I have done. I'm in school to become a veterinarian because of how much I love caring for them. I have no experience taking care of a cat, but I would love to. My mom is allergic, so I never had a cat. I have, however, been around them because of friends and know how to take care of them. I take care of my dog every hour of the day. I also have a snake that I take care of regularly. My days and weeks are full of pet care. I care for animals with love and gentle hands. Animal health is very important to me, and I strive to give them the love and attention they deserve. About: I am from Wisconsin and will be attending UT-Martin this fall enrolled in their Veterinary Technology program. In Wisconsin, I worked at a vet clinic as a kennel assistant for 3 years before being promoted to veterinary assistant, a position I've held for the last 2 years. I am experienced in giving all kinds of medications including oral, injectable, and eye drops/ointment. I am comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and of any age. I look forward to working with you and your fur babies! During the week I will have classes Monday through Friday, but I will have time to let them out in the morning before classes and in the afternoon after my classes have ended. On the weekends I will have more availability to hang out and play with your pets. When caring for your pets in your home I will make sure your pets always have access to clean water and are supervised when outside whether the yard is fenced in or they have to be leashed. I will engage in play time with your pets and take them for walks too. I will also follow any directions given on feeding times and any medications that may need to be administered.
About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my genuine love for animals and my dedication to providing personalized care for each pet. I have my very active wild cat , she’s free to Rome the house as she pleases. She has two beds one in the living room and one in the bedroom where she sleeps. Both are placed in the windows. She has room to play and run around. I have stocked up on food, urinary/indoor treats and ear cleaners.
