When dropping our dog, Riley, at her house she gave a tour to show where the dogs were allowed which was very reassuring. Kirsten sent daily updates from their walks and time at the park. I felt 100% at ease with them and Bear, they treated our pup like family, she was well taken care of, take on outings, and got to play with their dog Bear! She was happy when we arrived for pickup but in no hurry to go! This was our first experience leaving her and I was a little anxious, but photos sent the first night showed me she was having a great time and I had no more guilt. We will contact Hongyee again for our next trip!”
