About: I have spent many overnights at homes while providing pet care. The durations of these stays have been up to a week. I do very well with following clear directions for feeding, medications, as well as other pet care needs. This includes affection and playing— I absolutely love dogs and cats! I am a teacher, which of course is a very busy job. However, I do not work over the summer, which means I have lots of flexibility in these months. I am also available during most weekends! I care for pets in my clients’ homes by following instructions regarding feeding, medications, going outside, as well as anything else that may be necessary! When owners are gone, I recognize it is best for the pets to keep their routines as consistent as possible! I respect any rules clients may have for their pets (e.g. where around they house they are allowed, any dietary limitations, and any necessary precautions to take so that the pets stay safe!)
About: I've been taking care of pets (cats, dogs, and rabbits) my entire life. One of my career highlights was working at the Philadelphia Zoo. Granted, I was working as a puppeteer, but I love being around animals every day. I currently have two beloved cats of my own, and I'm excited to meet your pets! About: I’ve helped take care of my family’s Australian Labradoodle, Penny, ever since we got her, 5 years ago. In these past couple years I’ve facilitated dozens of “doggy play dates” (communal dog walking and play time at dog parks and backyards) with dogs of all different sizes. I am very comfortable and confident with all types of dogs, and often dog sit and dog walk for friends and neighbors when they are out of town. I currently live in Burlington and am free on weekends and after 5pm MWF and after 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. While visiting you could see what good care she took not only of the puppies, but her old 3 adult labs Shadow, Coco and Zoe (my dogs mom). They were all very well trained and behaved. “Elijah took amazing care of our 3 y/o bully fur baby Agape for 2 weeks. He gave him his meds, eyedrops, fed and walked him often and played with him as much as Agape wanted.
