“Kaitlyn is a fantastic pet parent. And would make an even better pet sitter. I’ve known Kaitlyn over 10 years now, and one of the very first things I learned about her was her love for all animals. Whether her own, mine or a random strangers off the street. She has 2 cats and more recently, adopted the sweetest dog, all of whom she places needs before her own. She spends hours training her dog with the patience of a saint and yhe utmost love. Which is no surprise because she treats all animals like they are her own. She is always more excited to see my pets than she is me. She is a pet lover through and through. The amount of love, time and effort she puts into animal care is completely unmatched. Kaitlyn also finds staying up to date with vaccines, annual bet visits and exercise of great importance. Finally, Kaitlyn truly believes that pets are a part of our lives for such a short time, they deserve all of the love, kindness and attention. Because of these traits, i know Kaitlyn would make absolute best pet sitter for anyone, putting their pets needs above all else.”

“Our Springer enjoyed staying with Chelsea. When our return flight was rescheduled due to weather, she happily worked with us to extend his visit not just once, but twice, on short notice. Copper came home happy and tuckered out from playing with her dogs. We will totally recommend her for short or long term stays.”

“Heather was great! She seems to know dog very well on top of being an animal lover. She was the 1st person I have worked with on rover, since I am a new customer, she alone makes me want to use this company again knowing the care my dogs got when they were with her. On top of the excellent care, she was also very flexible with the me and my needs. My roof was going to be installed and that’s why I scheduled to board my dogs for the night. Sure enough, it ended up being a rain day and the roofers always schedule it for the next day. Heather was very understanding and accommodating and helped me through the process of cancelling and rescheduling. On top of that, she also provides the service to pick up and drop off dogs, if wanted, which really helped me since my son was sleeping and could still sleep in. I would recommend her to anyone as long as I don’t need her at that time, just kidding. For real though, she represented the company very well and I would trust any of the caretakers at this place.”

My mom was nervous to leave our dogs with someone we didn't know, but after meeting her we felt confident that our dogs were safe. She treated them like part of the family and sent lots of pictures. Courtney's home is inviting and very clean. We felt confident about leaving our two dogs with her. We didn't have to worry while on vacation because we knew they were well taken care of. They kept us well informed, provided photos & videos for my kids to see, and were super accommodating to our last minute schedule and timing changes. “Our Linus had such an enjoyable time with Mary! He was comfortable with her from the minute he walked in the door! Mary made it so easy for us too! She had so many toys, blankets, bowls, leash etc, it made preparing for his stay a breeze! “We will book with Molly again! Our fur babies had to stay with her for 2 days/1 night Molly was amazing with our babies Perrito and Gregorny. We had to find a dogsitter last minute and we found her. The day before we needed a sitter, she offered to do a quick meet and greet to see if Perrito and Gregorny would get along with Skyy (Molly's 3 yr old pet) and it went well. During Perrito and Gregorny's stay at her place, she kept us updated and sent us pictures! It was great knowing that they are all warming up to her, our babies can get pretty shy and easily get scared. I believe they also warmed up with Skyy eventually. Thanks again, Molly!!! 🫶🏽”

When his collar broke, they even bought him a new one without hesitation—such a thoughtful gesture that speaks to how much they truly care.
