About: I'm from PR, and I've been a dog rescuer since 2011. I have tons of experience caring for animals and giving them the love and treatment that they deserve. I love what I do. I retire and moved to Pittsburgh on February, 2023. It makes me a perfect match for your doggy. I will treat them as if they were mine. NO cages. I have a fenced runner connected to the pets' room that allows them to safely go in and out whenever they want. You can bring their bed or any special toys. I foster rescued dogs from PR that came to Pittsburgh looking for a second chance of life, and the money earn through Rover is used to cover their health and traveling expenses. I work from home, and my office is in the room where they will spend their stay, so they will be with me most of the day, and they will be able to play with my own dogs under supervision. If they are potty trained and well behaved, they will have permission to access all the house. To be able to satisfy you pup's needs, I will ask you to write down your special instructions and promise I will follow them as written. You will receive a lot of daily pictures of your furry friends.

No matter the personality type, I’m sure your pet(s) and I will vibe :) I’ve been traveling the world for 6 years now and it seems everywhere I go, an animal in need finds its way to me. In my album of photos, you’ll see the kitten with big ears who we rescued from a trash can in Colombia & found a home for. The stray momma dog who kept following us home & had 8 puppies while in our care in Guatemala who we then found a foster home for. The two kittens we found along the highway in Mexico after our car broke down (coincidence… I think not!) and my sister now cares for. The big dog with the messed up eye who we rescued along with 3 kittens & 5 puppies and found homes for them all & the big dog has his eye back :) along with various other strays who we’ve taken in, found homes for or simply gave tons of love (and food) to along our travels. I don’t have any pets of my own since I just moved here and travel often, which is why I’m on this app, looking to give some love and care to animals while their owners are away :) I am a mural artist and mostly do gig work that fulfills my soul such as animal interactions such as this app provides here :) Open to having pets stay with me if needed or able to go to your home to care for them. About: Hi I’m Alex! I am 25 years old. I recently graduated from college in North Dakota. Throughout college, I would care for various dogs, puppies, cats, fish, and even horses. I grew up raising a black lab from kindergarten all the way until I graduated high school. I didn’t have a dog in college, but when I dog sat, I treated them as if they were my own. Fast forward to today: I achievers my dreams of becoming a pilot. It seems like a lot but I have a pretty flexible schedule and I work 7 days on 7 days off. During my off week, I would like to continue dog sitting and caring for others. Not only does it bring me joy to care for pets, but I love reliving pet owners of their stress of finding care. Petcare should not be another stressor when booking with me! I can provide references if needed. For BOARDING: I have 2 huskies: Jack (6yr, male neutered) and Daniel (6mon, male not neutered). My house is big enough to separate dogs if needed. The dogs have their own room which they are comfortable in. I am a pilot so my schedule is very flexible. My rotation is 7 days on and 7 days off. I am looking to share my services on my 7 days off. At my home: I have a pretty big house with a descent sized yard. Please bring a collar/harness so we can go outside and on walks. I have 2 huskies but they have their own room for separation. They are dog friendly and gentile/nonvocal. At your home: I stay for most of the day and will send texts messages if I have to leave. I will also send a text when I return. I’m never away for more than 3 hours. I keep most of my belongings to myself and I am very clean. You wouldn’t notice I was there, but your pets will!

About: I've cared for two of my own dogs and cats for 20 years of my life (since I was 5.) I've given medicines, always walked, house trained, played with and loved on them. I'm currently a stay at home mom of a 7 year old boy so I'm typically always home every day of the week. I'm looking for any kind of schedules and am very flexible. I have a good sized 2 bedroom townhouse, a front and back yard, will take them on daily walks/runs and they can always play with my son and who also adores all animals.

About: I’m that lady you invited to the barbecue but will find her socializing in the corner with your pet! I have farm, kennel, pet store, dog training, as well as over 35 years of personal pet care experience. I am dog and cat First Aid/CPR certified, can give medications with ease, administer shots, and have disabled and geriatric pet care experience. Pawsitively Faithful Pet Sitting is my in-home business, but my primary job is also a work from home career with UPMC. That being said, I am always here for your furry friend's around the clock care 😊! Currently I have a Boston Terrier named Brixy, and he is my joy. He’s very well behaved but because he is special needs (medically speaking), he remains in my office when we have any pet visitors stay with us. There’s never a shortage on love or playtime in this house! I keep plenty of extra supplies on hand (bowls, toys, treats, etc) and have an "air-tight" fenced in yard along with tie out cables of all different sizes to accommodate your pet if you have extra concern and wish me to use one. I can not even begin to imagine how nerve wracking it must feel to leave your pet in the care of a complete stranger and for that I can empathize! Words can never express the level of my reassurance to you that your little one will be looked after as if they were my very own in every protective and motherly manner possible. ***Please understand, this is a legitimate and legally run pet sitting business for me. In the state of PA, (even if you're only watching one dog), you must have a kennel license and pass a very detailed inspection with the local dog warden. I have passed this inspection but it is a 100% PA State requirement that if your pet stays in my home, you must provide me with a copy of proof of their rabies vaccination or exemption. Without this, I could receive a massive fine if they drop in for a surprise inspection of my home. With a work from home career, I have plenty of time to devote to your pets care in my house. Keeping a perfectly executed schedule for them to go out, exercise, eat meals, snuggle, etc. is very important to me. I have my pet sitting routine down to a science! Generally, when they wake up, I take them out to the fully enclosed, fenced yard and either let them run, or I will use a tie out cable (I have all sizes) if the pet parent likes me to use one for extra safety purposes. Then we eat breakfast and settle in so I can start my work from home job. Throughout the rest of the day I will take breaks to let them outside every couple of hours, and spend time giving them love, attention, and playtime. My shifts end at 2:30pm, and depending on the weather, we usually go outside to play fetch or just enjoy some sunshine. Around 5 or 6pm, they get dinner and we start to wind down for the evening with some relaxation time watching Turners Classic movies 😄. There is another potty break before bed around 8 or 9pm at which point we usually call it day.

About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was 12 and have house sit/walked/let out my friends and families dogs for years. I love taking care of them like they are my own as I don’t have any pets living with me now. I don’t work all summer long. I travel most weekends but am available during the week all day. I am off of work until August 1 and then my schedule doesn’t allow for much flexibility. I live in an apartment complex that is very dog friendly. There is plenty of room for dogs to use the bathroom and go for walks on the leash. I allow pets on my furniture but if that’s not what you do in your household I will implement the same rules you use. No matter how friendly your dog is, I won’t allow other dogs to approach since I don’t know many of the dogs in my complex. I do not hit dogs as a reprimand at any time so please tell me what methods you’re comfortable with me using instead if needed. Honestly, if there’s anything specific you can feel free to ask for it or question me if you need!
