About: I have a lot of experience caring for both cats and dogs. I understand cats on an intuitive level and absolutely love them. I enjoy walking, running, playing, and snuggling with my two large dogs. I am a full time student with a part time job. I joined Rover to fill in the awkward gaps in employment during school breaks. I have no problem being gentle with any animal or getting a playful dog hyped. I do not like dogs who are rough and do not know their own strength.

Despite being in an apartment, there is a hiking trail that's less than a 10 minute walk away. I frequently run there so rest assured, your dog will have all the exercise he/she needs! On top of that, my apartment complex has a convenient dog walking environment so potty breaks will be often!

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs all my life. I’ve grown up with cats and own 3 currently. My grandparents own 2 dogs and i’m used to being around them and taking care of them. I have open availability through out the week and weekend! I don’t have any time restrictions and can work around a schedule that will work for you! Dogs have a wide backyard to play around with a fence and access to food and water. Cats have several litter boxes and two stories to roam around with fresh food and water.

About: Important info About Scheduling: I work 5 days a week anywhere from 4-8 hours a day, please consider this before reaching out for a booking! I have extensive experience caring for multiple pets since the age of 13, including high-energy breeds. My family previously owned three Siberian Huskies, a breed known for their high energy levels (and believe me those are no just rumors) before we unfortunately lost Zuko to cancer. Before I moved out of my parents house, I cared for two energetic Huskies, Mochi and Luna, and was for their most part their primary provider. I would take them on walks when the time allowed, set up and take them to vet appointments when necessary and fed them daily. Additionally, my family has a senior dog, Pepe, who is 13 years old and requires specialized care, as well as a cat which is where I’ve gotten my love for animals. Currently as a college student who has moved on her own, I care for only one pet named butters. However rest assured I do have experience in caring for Energetic dogs as well as senior dogs and pets :) I am currently a full time student as well as a part time worker at a coffee shop! My schedule may vary depending on what my main job schedule may look like (because it changes for the most part every week) but pet care will always be my top priority ! On weekends I am usually available after 3pm. My weekday schedule is a little bit tricky because on M-W-F i for the most part am not available in the afternoon but I am in the mornings :) Tuesdays and Thursdays I am available after 5pm. Given the fact that my schedule is a bit weird (and because I get my work schedule in advance) I will Not accept requests when I know it is out of my schedule. The main priority for me will always be the pet ! I am no stranger to getting my hands dirty when it comes to animal care. I have had experience living with 3 huskies and a mixed shepherded dog as well as two cats. Although I no longer live with my parents/dogs I do remember my experience with having to care for them. Currently I have a cat named Butters who lives with me full time and I often have to deep clean her litter box and empty it out as well as clean her designated bowls for water consumption and eating. My family huskies were energetic and used to going on walks with me from time to time and being cared for by me for the most part.

About: Hi! My name is Amanda, I am a 22!year old college student. I own two cats that I’ve had for 5 years and I also own one dog that I’ve had since childhood. My goal is to make sure this process is smooth and nervous free for both the pet owner and the pet! I know trusting your pet into the hands of someone else can be so nerve wracking, but I can assure you I will give my best care to any and every pet! I am patient and loving and I know all pets have different boundaries, and needs. For pet parents just like I am with my own pets I will provide regular updates and I am very communicative. I want to make sure everyone is on the same page and feels comfortable. I am a college student but I only go into class one day a week on Wednesday. I also do substitute teach, and choose and pick my own shifts. My goal is to meet the need of the owners on weekends I am able to see them 3 times a day on weekdays depending if I have a shift I will still be able to make it 2 times a day. I will make sure to communicate with the owners before hand on anything I may need to know about the pet. Things I should and shouldn’t do, this is also so I can get to know the pet’s personality a bit more. Also create a list of what the owner needs me to do. When I attend to the pet in the owners home I want to make sure not to disrupt the environment so I don’t make the pet uncomfortable or feel nervous. I want to gain the pets trust and let them come to me.
