“This was our first time using Rover and Alex was our dog sitter. The website was very easy to use and we were able to book with a sitter named Alex. She was less than a mile from our home and that was a big plus. We met Alex the first day when we took our dog, whose name is Lucky. We had questions for Alex and she answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We could tell she really cared for Lucky and assured us she would take very good care of him. Each day and evening she updated us and sent some pictures of Lucky on what he was doing like daily walks, sitting in his bed, etc. It created a piece of mind for us and its very nice to see how he was doing daily. We left Alex Lucky’s medication and she gave them as needed. Just wanted to let Rover know that we were completely satisfied with Alex and will use her again if needed.”

My babies were so happy to be with him, he accommodated my puppy’s when they were nervous, and do everything possible to make sure they were happy and comfortable! 💗He took very good care of my old man, made sure he always had his own time and space to do what he wanted.🥹🥹 I was always updated everyday with messages, photos and videos! By the time I came back, all of my babies were very happy, and bathed! I was 1,300 miles away from home and unfamiliar with the area, but Mirna understood my situation and met me at the hospital where I was taking care of my brother. Just 15 minutes later, she was booked and on her way to help. With that worry taken care of, I could focus on my brother. Mirna also coordinated with the pet transporter and was willing to board my brother’s dog for as long as needed until they arrived. Her support was invaluable during such a stressful time.”
