About: I have dogs whole my life. I did take care of my friends cat and dogs. Clean litter. Take dog outside to potty. Feed dogs and cat Walk dogs. Play with them like fetch pet I would like do in my mother hours like when my son goes school 9am to 1pm or afternoons from 2 pm to 7 pm. I will to take dogs out, feed them and play with them. About: Hello pet parents of wonderful pups and kitties of all shapes and sizes! 🐾 My name is Alexa, and I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life: dogs, cats, and even jellyfish (yes, really - I used to care for them in a marine biology research lab during my undergraduate at Penn State!). I've personally owned three dogs and three cats over the years, including my current family pets: a sweet German Shepherd named Willow and a spunky tortoiseshell cat, Hazel. I’ve cared for pets both big and small, from a 100-pound shepherd to a tiny 17-year old yorkie named Harley. As a remote project manager in kidney disease research, I have the flexibility to provide consistent, responsive care. In 2023, I spent extended periods of time in Virginia caring for the sweetest pets, Ellie (a golden retriever) and Harley (the yorkie), and I regularly help friends and family with pet care. Since I’m staying put in Pennsylvania for the next few months, I’ve decided to officially open up my availability on Rover again! I’m also an avid hiker and trail runner, so if your dog has energy to burn, I’m more than happy to help with that! Whether your pet enjoys long walks, quiet companionship, or a structured routine, I’m happy to adjust to their style and needs. I’m available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and cat care. I do not offer boarding or care in my own home at this time. I’m comfortable with senior pets and pets who need a little extra TLC. As a project manager, I understand how important communication is. I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and loved. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! I am a full-time remote project manager, so I have a relatively flexible routine. My meetings are mostly from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET, but I have the availability to step outside to take a walk, feed animals, etc.. I take safety, trust, and respect very seriously when caring for pets in a client’s home. While living on my own in Virginia, I cared for two dogs, one of whom was a senior with special needs, for extended periods, treating their home as if it were my own. I maintain a clean and calm environment, follow all care instructions closely, and make sure pets feel secure and loved in their familiar space. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I make sure to familiarize myself with local veterinary clinics, emergency contacts, and any specific care instructions before starting any visit. I believe preparation is key to providing dependable, responsible care, and I’m always just a message away with updates and photos to keep you in the loop.

About: Growing up I’ve always been around dogs. Taking care of them has been in my daily routine since I can remember. Throughout my high school years I dog sat frequently which allowed me to get experience with all types of breeds. I am currently a college student & miss having animals in my daily life & will care for your pets like they are my own. In the summers I am a giraffe attendant at a wildlife park & my past two years at school I have worked at a dairy farm. I am currently a student at Delaware Valley University. I am also a student athlete, I run cross country & track & field. So my schedule varies weekly. But I have lots of flexibility to make visits. I will treat all pets like they are my own. I will meet all the requirements the owners ask of me & make their animal my number one priority when I am with them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs every kind for 10+years. Friends, families, neighbors they have all relied on me to take care of their pets and still it’s really not like a job but a dream. I currently don’t work , so I am available literally 24 seven to take care of pets of all kinds except Sundays but text or call at anytime. I have a big yard away from the highways I live in the country and I have two friendly dogs to keep company with any kind of other pet visitors we might have.

About: I was raised with dogs in the home ever since I was a little girl. I have never trained dogs that were younger than a year or two. I've taken my moms two golden retrievers for obedience trainings. Taught them how to sit, heel (which means walk with me and not in front of me), how to eat without aggression. Senior Care- My moms one golden retriever was 14 years old with hip pain. I used to help him stand up by have a towel or something that is soft and can wrap around his hips by lifting him up so he can walk outside to use the bathroom, etc. I can do early mornings before I have to be at work at 8am, and I am available anytime after 5pm. I work full time at Smucker Gardens from 8am-5pm. My job is flexible to an extent. I can also take a lunch break if you are in the area of Millersburg and take them on a walk or whatever you would like. My husband works from home, he is also a dog/cat loving person and would love to help (if your comfortable enough) if you are in the area of Herndon/Sunbury/Selinsgrove. Dogs- I would make sure that they are let out to use the bathroom, clean up the poop if inside and/or outside, play, feed, brush, bathe if needed, vet appt, etc. Cats- Clean up the litter, vacuum the area if needed (my cat for sure likes to make a mess), feed, play, brush, vet appt, etc. I unfortunately will not allow other pets in my home due to my husband only wanting our pets in our home.

She made sure our anxious girl got lots of time outside, which helps her to calm down. We were impressed to see Maddie’s improvement with Maria after only two days.
