About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover with experience in caring for puppies and older pups. I live just outside White Salmon, WA, with easy access to scenic walking trails and a spacious yard for playtime. I’ve volunteered as a puppy raiser for a nonprofit that trains service dogs, successfully raising four pups for their important roles. During the summer, my home is pet-free as my partner and our dog travel south, meaning your furry friend will have my undivided attention. I used Rover years ago when I was on a work assignment in CA. Since then, I have been caring for foster dogs and friends' pets. I offer overnight stays at my home or house-sitting in yours, ensuring your dog stays comfortable in a familiar environment. Since I work from home, your pup will have plenty of companionship and outside breaks throughout the day. Whether they need long walks, playtime, or just some company, I’m happy to make sure they’re well cared for while you’re away. Let’s chat about how I can make your dog feel at home! I work from home, so I often have time for outside breaks and play during the day. I keep busy on the weekends recreating in the area. I'm always happy to find adventures that work your pup! I have a large, partially fenced yard for playtime and potty breaks. We allow pets on our furniture, so your rules for your pets would apply here as well. I am also happy to travel to your home to care for your pet as needed. I like to learn how pet owners choose to care for their pets so I can be as consistent as possible.

The way Rover tracks it (with walking and driving all together) it’s hard to tell how much walking there was, but that’s no reflection on Marissa. About: My experience petsitting begun when I was very young, taking care of neighbors beloved pets. It helped me in understanding many different types of animals. In my adult years I was able to take those skills to people and pets I did not know as well. Each pet I have encountered has a different set of needs and expectations, to which I have worked on understanding. I am currently working part time for a non-profit so I have time to take care of higher need pets and ensure play time as well as facilitating other house needs. I have my own dog in my home, but because of roommates, I unfortunately cannot offer my home as a service for your pet needs.

About: I am very responsible and treat the animals as if they were my own. As an anxious pet owner myself, I know leaving them can be very hard. With me they’re in good hands. I am currently working part time 3 days a week but I live with my mom and she is retired so she fills in for me when needed to ensure that your pup is never left alone for very long :) I have a large fenced in backyard. I have experience with reactive dogs and dogs with separation anxiety. I can provide anything from walks to boarding to hang out time and have experience with giving medicine.

About: I grew up around horses, dogs, cats and any critter that came through our barn. I had an Australian Shepherd for 14 years, but when she passed on I moved into a more nomadic lifestyle out of my truck camper. This has made it difficult to have my own pets, but I love being able to play and help out others' fur babies whenever I get the chance! My work schedule is mostly during the day time either rafting or skiing season-depending. This routine can vary from having days off to take pups on a full hike, being around periodically throughout the day to feed/check in on pets or stay with animals overnight. Very flexible and willing to travel if needed! I will make sure your pet is in whatever environment is most comfortable for them! I respect the house rules and make sure to keep to the routine that your fur baby is used to and happiest with!

About: I’ve always lived a life where our pets have always been a part of the family and fun, seems a shame not to have a pet… there loyalty and love make it easy to love them I work at a job that allows flexibility…our trips and home life revolve around our pets and family..meeting there needs is as important as meeting our own Blue has full run of the house…his toy box is always full and keeps us busy, he’s our happy boy❤️who keeps us laughing.. safe … my home is pet friendly ….large yard and forest to run…daily walks…trips to the dog park…I watch my grand dogs…I enjoy the interaction and the playfulness … It just works. Pets are amazing in there capacity to go with the flow and adapt to all the changes we make in our daily lives for them and for us..

About: As a pawrent to 4 yr old husky I have a lot of mileage with high energy, smart, and stubborn breeds. I also know we can all use a hand sometimes with our furry companions and I’m here to help lighten the load when life picks up. I am available for walks during the week days at lunch hour, after 5:30 pm, and weekends. I have been training dogs and dog-sitting for 10 years. My mom and I ran a rescue for senior dogs so I have experience with all ages. I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and/or special needs dogs. I use positive reinforcement and am very calm, cool, and collected. I have cared for dogs with diabetes, dogs that need oral medication, and dogs who are very high energy. I am very active and love to be on the go, and I love to hike the trails with pups!
