About: A true animal lover since birth, I have always felt very connected to the natural world and have a great empathy for all creatures great and small. I began training and caretaking my own dogs at age 10. I fostered for years as an adult before adopting my Hawaiian rescue dog. Friends and family have relied on me to assist with their pets a lot in the past few years. My very social and intelligent Border Collie has assisted me in training several puppies, helped to socialize shy dogs and taught dogs to swim. I'm currently working part time while I transition back to PA from Hawaii. Looking to enjoy summer time outside with doggies as much as possible. I will take dogs to local trails, parks and on neighborhood walks. I am happy to come check on the fur babies and cheer them up. About: I have been rescuing dogs and cats for the last 25 years with my husbands help. I love cuddling and loving on just about any animal. As of right now I have a Rottie/English Mastiff rescue named Demo and a calico rescue named MoMo. I frequently sit my granddog Kaito who is a Shepherd/Pyrenees. We briefly tried to live without animals and quickly realized that's no life to live. Pets have a special kind of love and affection you can't find anywhere else. I am currently working less than part time and my schedule is fairly flexible. I can fill in as needed usually with a few hours notice but do prefer at least 24 hours I cannot host any pets at my home as we are still not sure if my dog is reactive. I am more than willing to attend to your pet in whatever fashion you request in your home within reason.
