About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!
About: I grew up with cats and dogs, and now my husband and I have five cats and one dog of our own! I volunteer at the Animal Protection League walking dogs and caring for cats. I also run Fields Feline Rescue, a local home-run rescue for cats and kittens, with my husband. I am nice and patient and have never been one for caging in animals unless it’s to travel to appointments, so your little loved ones will always be free to wander with me. We have local shops within a mile that allow cats so if you’re open, I can allow your pet to go for outdoor time.
