About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. How long your pets can be left alone (if at all) is up to you! I’m great at following orders, especially written instructions; please tell me how you usually handle your pets so I can keep it consistent for them! I like to go for walks, and like it even more if I have company. I also always enjoy a good snuggle.

About: Avid animal lovers, both fur and feathered alike! We are a family of four humans- mom and three children, with several outdoor feathered friends. We are an active household that enjoys many days outside, but also equally loves cuddling up on the couch for a movie night. At night, your pet is welcome to sleep wherever they find it most comfortable (pending they are not destructive overnight). We have had personal pet ownership experience with blindness, deafness, and separation anxiety in dogs. In addition to our own pets, we have also opened our home to foster dogs for several years, specializing and dog reactive dogs, as well as hospice/end of life care. My career consists of over a decade of hospital-based pharmacy experience, and I am now fortunate to currently work from home. With my career and volunteer dog hospice foster experience, I am comfortable and knowledgeable in administering any oral, subcutaneous, and IM medications. - We provide care to one outside family at a time to ensure a stress-free experience for everyone. I do allow exemptions for multifamily households. - We are currently in sports season which means we frequently have dance or cheer on the weekends. During the week, your pet will have someone with them an average of 20 hours a day. Updates are sent in the morning and before bedtime. You are also encouraged and welcome to reach out anytime outside of that. - If your pet does require a crate at any point, please ensure one accompanies them to drop off. We are a home-based boarding experience and do not have commercial kennel runs. Destructive pets will be required to have kennel training. - If your pet has been excused/banned from a commercial boarding facility, I do require a no-cost meet and greet for introductions before confirming the booking. It is my priority to ensure your pet feels safe, and I am confident in their needs before confirming commitment. - Privately insured for household companionship pets, which covers both care during boarding and any agreed-upon transportation. Keywords: home-based, medical needs, special needs, reactive, medication administration. I am generally available to accept same-day bookings as someone who works from home. At this time, my employer allows me to set my own hours, meaning I can easily adapt to your pet's schedule and any medical needs. Bathroom breaks are averaged at every two hours and anytime outside of this at your pup's request. If your pet prefers to spend afternoons in the sun, then that is where I am happy to work that day! We are currently in sports season which means weekends are busy with dance and cheer. During the weekdays your pet will have a human home an average of 20 hours a day. We welcome your pets to rest and sleep wherever they are most comfortable-couch, pet bed, human bed, etc. If you request or your pet requires kenneling at any time, please ensure a kennel accompanies them to drop off. Any destructive pets will be required to be kenneled at sitters discretion.

About: I've taken care of all types of pets from a very young age. Whether it be a tiny chihuahua to a sizeable Bullmastiff, a cat, birds including chickens, reptiles, fish, even small furry friends like rabbits or ferrets. I have adored and been fascinated by animals my whole life and am up for any challenge you throw at me. I've personally trained my dog to follow voiceless hand signal commands and he is also special needs, so caring for a senior or special needs animal is a breeze for me! I've even provided end of life care for my grandmother's cat, which included administering fluids via injection, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Not to mention that I have experience raising young kittens and squirrels at milk drinking ages! I am available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overnights on Fridays and Saturdays. I could possibly do extended overnight stays in my own home if your pet is dog, cat, and young child friendly. Whether it be for a walk, potty break, comfort while you're away, socializing and training your puppy basic commands (and maybe a few tricks), or even just taking your furry friend out for a pup cup and to a sniff spot, I'm the gal for you. I will even provide litter or doggy doo doo cleanup for an additional price. Your pet will always be safe and loved in my hands. I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

I used to work inside the Federal Prisons in Minnesota teaching inmates how to raise and train service dogs for a local non-profit. I have was also the General Manager at a local pet food store where I educated pet parents daily about nutrition, care and everything in-between. Dogs are my true passion in life. I majored in Animal Science in college and went through a dog training school in North Carolina so I know all about how to handle your pets and make sure they are comfortable in my care. About: I have always loved animals, whether it be a mouse or a horse. I also love to help people out, especially with dogs and cats. I’ve babysat one dog long-term (about 6 months), and I have been babysitting the same dog for about 2 years, since he was a 8 week old puppy. I also had a dog who passed away a few years ago, and had to take care of her in her senior years and help her get up as she had hip problems. In between dog-sitting, I did babysit dogs for a week, and usually wouldn’t mix dogs unless owners were okay with it. (these owners were from my work or teachers from my high school). I am currently living at home as I’ve completed school and I am pretty flexible right now. I tend to go to the gym in the mornings but other than that, I usually don’t leave the house much so I can be there for your pet 24/7!! I take dogs out on leashes as it makes me feel most comfortable but fenced in yards while watching the dog also makes me feel comfy as well.

I have hands-on experience with bully breeds, large and strong dogs, puppies, multi-dog households, crate training, leash manners, enrichment, basic grooming, and administering routine medications and supplements. I’m especially comfortable with active dogs and dogs with big personalities! I understand that every dog has different needs, boundaries, routines, and ways of communicating, and I’m happy to follow the training and structure you already use at home. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention to dog body language, introduce dogs carefully, separate dogs for meals and high-value treats when appropriate, and never assume that what works for one dog will work for another. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while they’re with me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs in my care. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week, as well as daycare and boarding for dog-friendly dogs in my home. I have two dogs of my own, so caring for dogs, getting outside, and fitting plenty of play and enrichment into my day is already part of my normal routine! Safety and comfort are always my priority. I have two friendly, social dogs of my own, and I require a meet-and-greet before boarding or daycare to make sure everyone is comfortable together. I carefully supervise introductions and play, and I separate dogs for meals, chews, and other high-value items when needed. I have a large yard with an invisible fence that my own dogs use, but visiting dogs will always be physically secured outside with a leash or long line. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, crate schedule, feeding instructions, medications, and house rules. Dogs are always welcome on my furniture and beds unless you prefer otherwise!

I have over 25 years of experience caring for families' dogs and sometimes cats. I work remotely full-time from my home and am also able to work full-time from your home with Wifi. I am available to care for your pup(s) any day of the week. I have a large yard and will personally walk your dog in the yard as often as needed with a leash. I am available to take your dog for longer walks at least twice a day. I have a large indoor crate and dog beds if needed.
