“Emily took such good care of my dog Rocky while I was away for the weekend. I've already booked her again for another house sitting service during the week! She sent me so many cute videos with updates of how Rocky was doing. She ran through his commands with him, took him on a walk and gave him so many pets!!! She was responsive to my messages and read through Rocky's care instructions. She is very experienced with dogs and understood when I mentioned that Rocky is dog reactive and has some separation anxiety. I would highly recommend her for your pet needs!!! Thanks again Emily!”

About: I have had the pleasure with working with the biggest dogs to the smallest kittens. I’m also down to help out with mail or trash, just let me know! I do work a part time job and am an online student so my schedule if up in the air most of the time. However, I will make sure that I will work your best bud into my schedule as much as needed! About: The more the merrier! I was put on this earth to love and care for all animals. I'm also experienced with senior animals, i.e. giving medications and various treatments needed by those seniors in our lives. Pet sitting/house sitting is my main priority. I value all animals, and the time it takes to care for them all, and find each experience rewarding. I treat them like they're my own. My cats usually sleep on my bed, and they are usually in the same room with me, and I talk to them constantly. I think we all talk to our pets, so they know our voice and tone of voice.

Louis is aging and does not do well alone. Not only did she take excellent care of my Louis but she left my home as I left it. She even washed the bath towels she used while she stayed. About: Hello, I have been taking care of a wide range of animals since I was 15. I’ve had 5 ferrets, guinea pigs, cats and dogs my whole life. I have a Staffordshire terrier, an American bully, and a black lab/ leopard catahoula mix. I am used to having a heavy dog on the opposite end of the leash and I am well experienced in animal body language to keep your baby and myself safe. I am currently looking for a full time job as a stay at home mom. Right now I am available during the day. The only times I will not be available is from 7:50- 8:10 am and 3:40-4:00 I will make sure any and all instructions are followed correctly to ensure adequate and safe service. Plus a few head rubs before I left.

About: We grew up with dogs and have been dog-sitting for thirty years. In the 90s, we had “Pampered Pets” in Boston, then we moved to Washington, DC, where we rebranded as “Top Dog DC,” and now we’re in Sperryville, VA, with “2 Dog Hotel.” Also, in the early 2000s, we raised four “Guiding Eyes for the Blind” puppies. Puppy raisers are critical to many organizations that train working dogs. Future guide dogs must be socialized in warm and loving homes, the puppies are fun, and puppy raisers learn about dog psychology and training. However, it's still not easy sending the pups off to college. Having done many "Intervac" house swaps, now we're getting into house sitting. We can take care of your pets and your home while you travel. We spend much time at home on our patio, gated deck (squirrel TV included), near a cozy wood stove, or on the nearby hiking trails. Since we spend so much time at home, keeping to your dog’s regular schedule is manageable. When we have dogs, we rarely do things where they can't join us. We only take care of one or two dogs at a time. The truth is we enjoy the pet therapy we get from dog-sitting, and the therapists seem to like it too.
