About: I’ve always had pets growing up and some would say I prefer animals over people. I’ve been involved in rescue since 2004 and have seen firsthand just how cruel people can be. As a former vet tech, I promise to take care of your babies just like my own. You have nothing to worry about while you’re away. Lots of check ins, photos and love! I do work full time M-F but am available before and after work. Depending on location, a quick trip at lunch to say hi may work too. I’m totally available on weekends. while visiting your home, your kiddos will be safe with me. Whether it’s playing in a fenced yard or on leash, They will get all the exercise they need.

About: I have been taken an active role in the care of my own pets for as long as I can remember. I've done it all- bottle fed orphaned kittens, rescued possums, trained hard headed pups, and helped rescue dogs to come out of their shells. My absolute favorite dogs are the big ole babies who think they're about 3 pounds and don't realize they're "aggressive breeds". I currently care for my own bully mix named Tuck and my grandmother's constant companion, a long haired German Shepard named Rex. While I haven't owned a cat since college, I absolutely love to give scoops to my friend's babies (as long as they want to be held!) I am currently getting my dog training certification and would love to work with your babies! I own my own business, so I have a VERY flexible schedule and can schedule around most things. I can also work from client's homes safely if they need more intense house sitting! I am not currently offering home visits, but I do have a large fenced in yard and a house that is easily split so that guests and my babies are separate if needed. I am a firm believer in crates but will always follow the usual safety routine of the baby I'm caring for!

About: Coming from a family of animal lovers, I feel that I have inherited a passion for loving God's little creatures. I have experience in pet sitting cats, dogs, and even rats. Over the years, I've had the privilege of raising a number of different animals; some of which include: an opossum, deer, squirrels, bunnies, ducklings, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, snakes, and of course, cats & dogs! About: Animals have been a part of my life since day ONE- I grew up as an only kid on the family farm, so my pets were truly my best friends. That early bond gave me a deep, intuitive understanding of animal behavior and body language. I’ve raised and cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits- you name it- since I was little and have always been able to tell when an animal needs space, reassurance, play, or just a quiet moment. I also have experience working with injured and/or sick animals; administering IV/IM injections, wound care/first aid, breathing treatments, etc. Today, I share my home with a sweet dog and cat, and we also own a horse who is boarded just outside of town. I care for every pet like they’re my own and develop deep bonds with the animals in my care. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch, a slow walk for a senior dog, or calming a nervous horse, I take pride in reading their needs and meeting them with patience, kindness, and care. I’m currently between jobs and using this time to re-evaluate my career goals- so I’m home during the day and have a very flexible schedule. The only regular commitment I have outside the house is feeding horses at our barn twice a week, which takes about two hours— so even on those days, I’m not away for long. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and relaxed. At my home, they’ll have access to a large, fenced backyard, playtime with my friendly terrier mix Robi and lots of attention from my middle school aged kids who love animals. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. I treat every pet like part of the family, wherever they are.

About: **small dogs only** I am a recently retired teacher and I am willing to watch your precious pup at my home or stay at your home for an additional fee while you are away. My home is in the Irmo area, and I will watch and love your dog as I did my own morkie, Izzie who, sadly, passed away in September 2023, and our recently adopted 4-year-old Shih-Tzu Gus. We walk on leash only, have a fenced yard, a nice neighborhood to walk, and parks nearby. There will be plenty of play time, nap time, and fresh air. I understand how your pup is your baby, and I will provide the same attention and love you give. I only keep one client’s pups at a time so I can provide that undivided attention they need. My lap is ready for your pup, and belly rubs and snuggles are my specialty. Contact me to discuss pet/house sitting or arrange a meet & greet if you’d be more comfortable before booking. I am retired as of 5/31/24 and have plenty of time and love for your fur baby. I will stay in contact with you and provide pictures and video, whatever you desire.
