“She did an amazing job going above and beyond for my older dogs she wrapped his joints. She took him on many walks, sent me pictures every day and integrated my dog with her dogs so he had friends constantly!”

About: I have grown up with dogs for most of my life, I have helped raised 5 dogs in my family's home. I have learned to raise dogs since they were born. I've learned how to train them when I used to go to doggy training at petco. How to keep them active, how to play with them, relax with them, bathe them. I know such a good amount of knowledge and it still surprises me when I learn something new. I love and adore dogs. I am currently active duty, so my schedule usually ends with work off after 3 or 3:30pm. I am available weekends for whatever your animal needs. When I usually see my family and help care for the family pets, I love taking them to a park or a nice hike/walk. I think it's super important for dogs to be as active as possible (well at least untill they used up all their energy for the day) to make sure they get their bones and muscles moving to keep them healthy. Then a nice warm bath to make sure they stay clean and fresh. I usually like to spend at least a hour with redoing the tricks they have been taught. So it stays fresh in their memory and to make sure they aren't getting rusty on doing the trick. Then usually it's the end of the day, the dog had exceeded the energy for the day and it is now ready to relax. Anything you need help with for your animal can be taken care of.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life and have always loved them. I currently still have 2 of my own. I have helped take care of litters of our own puppies, and volunteered at my local animal shelter. I am confident that my knowledge and love for animals will help me take care of yours too! I am a busy stay at home mom with lots of littles, but I am usually home and able to provide my services when needed! I do my best to ensure all animals are comfortable and feel safe around me, wherever we are. I like to bond with them and earn their trust. Whether it’s a walk, or ensuring their comfort while you’re away, count on me!
“Taylor took excellent care of my dog Melody and sent frequent photos and updates. Melody was happy when I picked her up and we will definitely rebook in the future if we need care again ☺️”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been a natural part of who I am. I’ve trained all of my dogs as an adult—everything from solid leash manners to responding confidently to hand signals. I also have experience supporting senior pets with special needs. One of the dogs I cared for had hip dysplasia, and I helped him stand, walk, and get to the restroom safely. On the days he couldn’t get up and had accidents while lying down, I made sure he was cleaned, comfortable, and treated with patience and dignity. My love isn’t just for dogs—I’ve always had a soft spot for cats too. Whether it’s training, daily care, or supporting an animal through their toughest moments, I show up with compassion and steady, reliable care. I don’t have a normal 9 to five job I’m gone for two weeks out of the month for work and home for two weeks during that two weeks. My schedule is completely clear, which allows me to focus on all the awesome animals. I always require a meet and greet to ensure a good fit for everyone. I never allow dogs off-leash in unsecured areasa and I am cautious with door-dashing and ensure pets are securely indoors. I provide photo/video updates with every visit and am quick to respond to messages. I live in a non-smoking household with a fully fenced 6-foot wooden fence. I live near a large quiet park, perfect for nervous pups. I have a quiet, separate room for pets that need a break, and no kids are present. I will treat your home with the same respect as my own and always lock up securely.
“Alexis did an awesome job taking care of our two yellow labs over a long weekend trip! She was very accommodating, especially as they are typically anxious when away from us. She maintains excellent communication and we enjoyed frequent photos and updates of our girls having a great time. We would highly recommend her for fur baby care!”

“Marquie and Luis were amazing hosts for my dog Mowgli. When I picked up Mowgli, he was tail wags and happy to see me, but still looking for pets from them while we said our goodbyes. Their son was respectful of Mowgli’s boundaries and was a good stays on both ends. I will definitely rebook with them when we need boarding again.”
“Jamie and Vince took such good care of our little guy, Smokey, he didn’t even want to leave! They treated him as their own and sent pictures while we were away. We are so lucky we found them and can’t recommend them enough!!”

“Chanelle and her family were awesome. She was aware of my concerns for Verdi and made sure he fit in as part of her family. She communicated everyday and sent pictures. I will definitely use her services again. Thanks Chanelle.”

“Tekandi is our favorite Rover dog sitter. He comes to pick up our baby and he brings her back. He sends pictures throughout her stay with him and his family so we always have peace of mind that our baby is safe and happy. He's our 1st choice!”

“It's our first time using Rover and Ms. Amanda. And we are very happy with the service and care of our special dog. Ms. Amanda sent pictures and texts us to let us know how's our special dog was and she always great about giving updates. Scheduling and payment is super easy. We are very satisfied and will continue to work with Rover and Ms. Amanda. Thank you Ms. Amanda and of course your two adorable kids that loved and plays with our special dog. Thumbs up for creating this company.”

About: I love pups and see them as a household family member. As such, I will take good care of your baby and provide the support you need to ensure your pup is safe and in a loving environment. I have a 10 year old daughter and we also have our sweet Princess that is a 1 year old teacup poodle. I can also train your pup even though I am not officially certified, I train through positive reinforcement techniques. I’m typically home on the weekends and if I go out, I bring the pups with me, if possible. During the week I work but I come home for lunch and my daughter is home by 3:30. I can bring your pup to my house or I can do drop-in care. This would depend on the family and the comfortability. A normal drop in would include, walking the pup for at least 20 minutes, feeding, and play time for stimulation. Each drop in would be at least 1hr. At my house, it would be a normal day, 1st walk at 630am, feeding and another walk at 8am before work. At lunch typically at 12:10 another walk and playtime. In the evening, a walk, feeding, playtime, and another walk before bedtime.

About: New to rover dog sitting but not new to owning dogs. Grew up with dogs my whole life so ive experienced it all from small to huge dogs. I offer normal dog boarding and premium dog boarding experiences. I used to be a dog bather at a grooming salon so i know how to get your dog smelling fresh during their stay. If you need me to pet sit a puppy under 1 year old ill probably watch em for free if i could. Just ask and ill let you know. I work from home making insurance calls all day while snuggled on the couch with my personal puppy shiva so working in other dogs in my daily life will be pretty easy if you choose to book with me. Laid back pups are my favorite. I have a fenced in yard that pups can play in all day if they want. Pet friendly furniture. I have 1 dog and 2 cats (they dont mind dogs) but your pet will be introduced slowly to them just in case.

I have two mini doxies that love to meet new friends and run around. I’m home full time and have experience working with animals that need special attention & medical care. I’ll adjust my schedule based on the pets in my care. I always want to ensure that their schedule isn’t changed at all when I’m taking care of them. My entire house is animal proofed! I supervise all play time with new cats and dogs. I’d want to make sure your pets have the same routine they’re used to with you! I know how it feels to leave your babies in the care of someone else so I’d love to make it as comfortable as possible for you and your dogs/cats!

About: I have been in the Veterinary medicine field for a little over 13 years. I currently work as the head veterinary technician at the Fort Irwin Veterinary Treatment Facility. I am extremely passionate in what I do. I live on a military installation where I’m unable to have a pet of my own, and that was my inspiration to join Rovr. I am well-versed in all aspects of animal care. From picking up poop, medicine administration, feeding, recognizing behavior patterns, wound management, all the way to emergency care. I was taught to always treat and see someone’s pet as a family member. And I have always kept that with me since I started my journey. You can relax knowing your family member is being taken great care of! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask! Since I work at the veterinary treatment facility on Fort Irwin, I am essentially only available on the weekends. I try to make myself available nearly every weekend. I live alone in an apartment with no pets of my own. But I live in close proximity to a handful of parks. I can take pets too.
Skyline North dog parents share their Rover experiences
Catherine was great with our high energy French Bulldog mix. I explained Belle's needs ahead of time, and Catherine was able to provide a private environment requested while also treating Belle with kindness and attention. I was put to ease by the consistent communication while we were away, including videos. If I need to fly out of Vegas again, I will likely try to book again if we need a place for any of our dogs.
