As always Wing Shen has been amazing. My cat does not like strangers, but she loves Wing Shen. I highly recommend her.

Thank you to Wing for looking after our two boys while we went away. Our cats have taken to Wing instantly and you can tell this is due to her kind, calm and loving nature. The updates we received at each visit were brilliant at putting us at ease and we were able to relax knowing they were in the best hands. It was nice to see both our cat’s personalities come out during the visits with Wing. We can’t thank you enough again!

Wing did an amazing job taking care of my cat, Nala! She was very professional, friendly and kind and Nala took to her very well. Daily photos and updates were very reassuring and the whole experience was great from start to finish, it allowed us to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about our sweet kitty.

I cannot say enough positive things about Wing! ​Initially, I was a little worried about using the service after a previous bad experience with Cat in a Flat. However, Wing made all my reservations disappear after just one message. ​She is so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful with animals. Upon first meeting Bertie and Bear, it was clear to see she would be the perfect cat sitter. I'm pretty sure they prefer her over me! ​During her visit, she thinks of everything and is so kind and considerate with both the cats and your property. She goes that extra mile by sending videos and photos upon every visit and even left me a little Polaroid picture of both Bertie and Bear, which was a really nice added touch. ​I would highly recommend Wing to anyone who has a fur baby in their family.

Shan is great as usual, really appreciate her care of Mint, and made my travel much easier than I thought!

Wing Shan is amazing. I always use her when I'm away. The daily videos and photos put my mind at rest about how my cat is. My cat can be quite 'Spicy' and a bit anxious around strangers, around Wing Shan she is calm and placid (for her). I think my cat prefers Wing Shan to me. Highly recommended.

Wing was incredible with our cats we are so grateful. This was the first time we had left them for a few days so we were a little anxious. Wing reassured us when she came to visit prior to our trip and she was brilliant with the visits. Our cats can be a little nervous, Walter and specially but even he softened to Wing by the end. We felt so reassured with all the videos, photos and updates Wing sent us, the cats looked so happy we were worried in the end that the cats wouldn’t miss us at all! 😀 Thank you Wing for looking after Walter and Jeramy we will definitely use Wing again…the cats will want us too!

Wing has been absolutely amazing. Fantastic feedback everyday. Took pictures and when Kitty did show her face, Wing took a video. Stayed and sat with my very nervous and shy cat to make sure she was ok. Would highly recommend, and I will be bookther services again!!!

Even though we booked a little bit last minute, she was still very understanding, helped us work out a schedule that worked for all of us, and overall did a fantastic job. Wing looked after our cat Baba while we were in Spain for a few days. She has put us completely at ease, she's professional, friendly and made sure to keep us up to date on how Baba was doing.
