We have two dogs so we strictly limit the number of dogs we have at any given time to two. We find that any more than that and someone's needs can be missed. It also allows us to take special care of dogs in need of medical attention or puppies still learning how to be a good dog. We want your pet to have a home away from home. We know that it's not just about the dog, but also about you. We like to send frequent high quality updates, so you know that your family member is being well taken care of. We've been dog owners for the last three years to our dogs, Dexter and Mia from the time they were puppies. We've taken extensive training classes and enjoy the psychology of dogs. Training is our favorite part! About this sitter: We have owned a number of cats and dogs through my years and we know how difficult it can be to leave a member of the family at a boarding facility with strangers and other loud animals. Instead, you can have a friendly face (us) come to your home and give your family member the pampering and personal attention we know they deserve. We are more than willing to provide training, applying medications, long walks, trips to the park, changing dirt boxes or pee pads, brushing, tooth care, or just making a run to the pet store for a new toy to help with the long nights. For those with high energy dogs we can bring our dogs along for playtime in the yard or at your favorite dog park (We love Green Lake!). While you're gone we can also supply you with pictures and updates on your animals health and happiness, because a postcard just won't do! Why I love dog sitting About my yard We have a small backyard/courtyard but go to Woodland Offleash park everyday. My wife, Jocelyn, is an experienced nurse so she is very comfortable administering medication. Knowledge of the dogs temperament towards the application would be appreciated.
