Valerie watched my pup for the day while I was in Eugene. Great setup, responsive, and caring! Would definitely come back.

Valerie was great for our day away at the Oregon Country Fair. She’s a great communicator and our pup Fritz had a good stay. She was respectful of his shy start but then joined the pack when he felt up for it! Thank you for keeping him safe, happy and entertained!!

Valerie took such great care of my two kitty boys! She was truly amazing with them and also with me - sending photos frequently along with updates. She answered my questions and special requests to make sure Izzy was peeing first day. I was able to go visit them as well. Her home is clean and neat. When we arrived to her special room for kitties for drop-off day, it was so welcoming and all set up for two cats. I felt so welcomed. I will have to replicate some of the beds and carpet she has for them, they loved them so much. There is a big, secure catio with kitty door for those cats with indoor-outdoor preferences; it has a whole wooden structure in it for them to climb or be up high or down on the ground. Valerie gave my boys lots of loves and playtime/laptime. Milo "helped" her with paperwork (ahem). She is calm and warm and loving. When I visited, they were so calm. Izzy was hesitant at first, hiding under the bed, but by day 2 he was ready to get rubs and playtime. She even plays soothing kitty t.v./music for them. I 100% recommend Valerie and her set-up. She also invited me for a meet and greet before booking. I am so grateful for Valerie taking care of my cats while I traveled and looked for a rental.

Valerie is a gem. She’s got a dedicated room just for cats that even has a “Catio” a.k.a. a patio in human terms, that is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s a big enclosure that lets your kitties venture outside without actually being outside. You can’t possibly go wrong using Valerie to love on your fur babies !! I got several pictures daily sowing our fur baby having the time of his life with Valerie !!❤️

She is the best! Oaks loves staying with her, and that means a lot because my pup is an anxious one.

Rogue had an amazing time at his first daycare with Valerie! Her home is truly a dog’s paradise, she’s put so much care into making it fun and safe for pups. As a first-time Rover user, I was a bit anxious, but Valerie eased my worries by answering all my questions and sending thoughtful updates and pictures throughout the day. Rogue came home happy, tired, and completely at ease. It seemed like he didn’t want to leave! We fully trust Valerie and will definitely be booking with her again for daycare and overnight stays. 😊

Excellent care for our dog! It’s like a vacation for your dog, a fun backyard to play in, attentive care, comfortable house. We very much appreciated the care provided and so did Sarah!

Valarie is the best very accommodating. She clearly loves what she’s doing in the dogs that she cares for. I would recommend her to anybody. And will use her every time I’m in Eugene.

Winnie had a great time as usual at Valerie’s - even with this time being a longer stay! All of the picture updates are amazing and just what I need when I’m away or when Winnie is at daycare. If I wasn’t moving away from the area- I would continue bringing Winnie to stay with Valerie!

This was my first experience with Valerie. I boarded my 3 dogs for a long weekend. I brought my dogs to visit her before I booked the stay. I was very pleased with her layout for boarding dogs. Valerie didn’t kennel my dogs. They slept inside on a bed/couch. She had a good routine for them that included outside play. My dogs had a very good stay with her. Valerie is an excellent communicator. She kept me updated with pictures and texts. Valerie is very experienced and caring. I intend to use her in the future for day boarding as well as overnight boarding. I highly recommend Valerie.

We want to say how very happy we are with the care our dog (Dude) had while we were on our vacation!! We had never left our dog before with anyone and we were apprehensive but after meeting Valerie and the care she was giving with other dogs in her care, we knew she was the right one to take care of our dog. She kept us updated with pictures of Dude while we were away and that gave us peace of mind and joy to see our dog looking happy and content.
