We had a wonderful experience with Torrie. She was caring, reliable, and clearly loved spending time with our dog Loki. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away getting married. Loki was happy, relaxed, and well looked after. I can’t recommend Torrie enough. She’s been amazing with Hamilton and it’s obvious she’s a genuine animal lover. She spends time with him and lets him come to her in his own time. The photos, videos and updates she sends while I’m away give me complete peace of mind because I know he’s happy and being so well looked after. Torrie is a natural. My elderly cat warmed to her almost immediately as did I: she is immensely likeable. Having seen how she operates I can say that she is, most importantly, a Proper Cat Butler, 100% reliable and as straight as a die. It was a huge relief to be able to go away without having to worry about my cat - we returned to find him chilled. The next time we go away I will definitely ask Torrie to look after him again.

Torrie came to look after my furry family, all 7 of them! I was aware that 7 is a lot of cats to care for but on my return I obviously had no need for concern as she did an amazing job. They were all absolutely fine. Getting daily videos was a great plus. I've already booked Torrie my next time away.

Torrie house sat with our French bulldog for a week, and she did an amazing job of looking after her. Bons was truly spoiled with lots of attention and cuddles. Torrie was absolutely great with Nyx. She can be very shy around new people but Torrie made the effort of coming for a meet and greet session. We got plenty of photos and videos while we were away which made us feel much more at ease about leaving her. We have already rebooked Torrie and will be recommending her to friends and family!
