Tiffany was excellent with Johnny. It left him super comfortable in his house. He sent me a lot of pictures to reassure me. I really enjoyed her care. I recommend 100%!

TIffany did an excellent job watching Sammy while I was away. I'm always nervous since Sammy is so high energy and can be tough to manage for some people but Tiffany was able to keep him happy the entire time while constantly updating me as to his progress. I'm happy to recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again!

My husky Kilo was well cared for and came home a happy pup! Huskies are notoriously tough to care for so I give Tiffany credit for dealing with him for two nights. Tiffany updated me with photos and how he was doing. No issues to report, I’d recommend.

We left our dog with Tiffany for the weekend. The most important thing I can say is that our dog was healthy, safe, and fed under her care. However, we wish she did not deviate from the plans that we had agreed upon in several instances. For example, she was supposed to drop off our dog at 10 AM on Sunday, but did now show up until 2:45 PM. Furthermore, she did not answer her phone calls, texts or Rover messages for two hours after the agreed upon drop-off time. That greatly concerned us, and we even called Rover for help. She finally messaged us at noon stating that she had slept in. She said her mother took our dog out that morning for his potty break. Another example was she was supposed to pick up our dog at 6 PM on Friday, but did not show up until 8:45 PM. In addition, she took our dog to her mother's place, which has a cat, for the weekend. She told us this after the fact, but we wish she had asked us if that was OK, especially since the original plan we discussed was for our dog to stay with her at her place. Lastly, our dog and his stuffed animals were returned to us smelling like cigarette smoke. We expressed our feedback to her directly in person and she accepted responsibility and apologized. She was very affectionate toward our dog, and strictly followed our rule of keeping our dog away from other dogs. Overall, we do not plan to request her services again.

Tiffany was great with our dog Kaalu. She sent us regular updates and pictures.
