Do not recommend this boarding service. 1. This boarding host takes in more dogs than she can properly manage. It seems that only one person is responsible for caring for all the dogs, so they cannot receive adequate attention and supervision. 2. Susan also appears to operate as a breeder. She allows more than ten puppies to interact with boarding dogs in a small yard. I am also concerned about whether the puppies are fully vaccinated. My dog stayed with this boarding host for three weeks and returned home with multiple injuries, including scars on his head, ears, and mouth. Susan did not mention any of these issues during the stay—I only noticed them after bringing my dog home. When I asked her what had happened, she said my dog had started a fight. However, it is hard to believe she did not notice such obvious injuries, including hair loss, torn ears, and a swollen mouth, over the course of three weeks. My dog has stayed with other boarding families before and has always behaved well, never getting into fights with other dogs. I don’t know what happened this time, but I question whether Susan is being fully transparent about the situation. I feel very upset about this experience and truly regret sending my dog there. I strongly recommend choosing a boarding service that clearly limits the number of dogs they accept and has sufficient staff to properly care for them.

Susan took great care of my dogs. She has ideal space for them to play. She also sent frequent photos and updates on how they were doing.

Susan took excellent care of our senior dog. She provided us status and was very accommodating on all our needs. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter and certainly will book with her again.

I had a great experience with Susan for our 2 week trip and will book with her again! She was easy to communicate with, we had a meet and greet, and were able to work out convenient drop-off and pickup times.

Susan was great to work with, and it seems like our dog had a great time at her place. Susan let us come do a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure it would be a good fit, and sent us pictures while we were gone, which we appreciated. Definitely would book with her in the future.

Went out of her way to help us out last minute after another Boarder ghosted us. Was very responsive and sent pictures. Would definitely use Susan to board our dogs again.

Our dog Jake did really well with Susan. She is quick to respond to messages and was confident she could handle our anxious german shepard. He had a good time to the point he whined a little when we were leaving, he wanted to stay and play with the other dogs.

Susan was very easy to schedule with. She seemed extremely comfortable with our highly spirited pup that instilled an instant feeling of confidence for us that this would be a good fit. She sent pictures of our girl - always in motion :) We vacationed with no worries.

I can’t recommend Susan enough! They were reliable, attentive, and treated my pups like their own. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. My pups came back happy and well cared for. I will definitely board my pups with Susan again in the future.

Susan did a great job with my dog, Chester. Chester is eight months old and is very active and excitable. I think that he really enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Susan sent me photos regularly. I really appreciated that.

The day before our family trip our dog had an accident and needed emergency surgery. I thought for sure we would have to cancel our trip. I went over the details with Susan including medications and other medical notes, she said it was no problem and she would handle it. I was overjoyed. Our pup did great, loved visiting with the other dogs when he felt better, and Susan was able to follow all the medication schedules. We couldn’t have done this family trip without her! She’s a true pro when it comes to boarding and caring for dogs.
