Susannah was great! She sent lots of updates and photos and my pet seemed very happy and relaxed- definitely better than leaving her with a dog boarding company where she would be placed in a kennel by herself for a long time, especially as she is very social and not used to a kennel.

Susannah is wonderful as always - very communicative about the fun stuff but also anything she’s keeping an eye on. I feel comfortable traveling out of state for a week knowing she’s watching our pup! Also shoutout to the backyard updates for her pup clients’ fun & entertainment!

Oh my stars! Susannah is THE BEST!!!! My only regret with the Rover app is that I didn’t discover it earlier!!! Our pup was treated like royalty and had the absolute time of her life!!! Susannah had Koko for at least 10 days while we were out of the country. This is her second time boarding koko. She was flexible when it came to our communication portal. She was so reassuring that we left Koko with her with zero worries. When Koko developed a cherry eye, she was quick to research the issue and provided updates and even reported it to Rover! Whenever she had noticed something different with koko, she would let us know immediately. This is top tier service and we are so grateful for Susannah!! The pupdates throughout the day also kept us worry-free. 10/10. Susannah is the best sitter we’ve had!

Susannah S. took such good care of Penny and was so easy to work with. This was our first time using Rover and booking with Susannah was quick and easy, even on a very short notice for an unxecpeected overnight (36 hour) stay. Sussanah updated with pictures and texts showing me all the fun Penny was having! Penny was clearly played with cuddled, and loved on. She was content and settled when I picked her up. Susannah is worth every "penny" . 😘

Susannah did an excellent job of taking care of our boy Cooper. It was his first time with her and he did great. His medication and feedings were done exactly as we expected. We will definitely book again for our next trip!
