Awesome place my pups don’t like to come home

Jessica is a phenomenal dog sitter. We have had her watch our dog twice now and both times have ended with us picking up a healthy, HAPPY dog. She is simply an animal lover and has that extra touch of care you expect when leaving your pet with someone. We highly recommend her as an option when looking for a dog sitter. Our dog has been with her for extended stays as well.

Jessica embraced our shy Labrador Retriever with TLC from the moment they met at their meet and greet. It is obvious that Jessica knows animals and meets them where they are at with attention to their specific needs. Jessica made sure Bear was comfortable in his new surroundings through the questions, conversation and behavior observations during the meet and greet. This also made me, the owner, relaxed and confident Bear would adjust to his temporary home. Jessica continued to communicate with me during his stay by sending pictures of Bear with commentary opening the door to intermittent contact and assurance. Jessica has incredible customer service and is flexible if schedules change. Jessica refunded us for the days our trip was shortened at the last minute. I would recommend Jessica for any et service she offers and feel confident Bear is in good hands!

Jessica is obviously extremely caring toward dogs, she sent me several photos during my Kobe’s stay. He has a degree of separation anxiety and I was nervous to leave him while going on vacation but he did very well with Jessica! She asked many questions ahead of time to ensure that she was able to accommodate Kobe as best as she could. 5 stars, thank you!

Jessica is an amazing dog sitter. For us, being first time Rover.com users, we were a little hesitant to commit to using the service. However Jessica made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. She is very easy to and willing to communicate with and sent us as many photos as we wanted during the time our dog was with her. She has a natural and genuine love for dogs that is apparent when you meet her. We did a meet and greet prior to our dog's stay and she has a very nice place for the dog to stay. Thank you Jessica!

Jessica is simply the best! We could enjoy our vacation knowing that Daisy and Tex were well taken care of. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and you can tell she is passionate about doing what is best for fur babies! She loves them and cares for them as if they were her own!

Jessica took wonderful care of my 10 month old pup. This was the first time my dog was away from home so I was a little nervous about leaving her , but Jessica and her dogs took great care of Sophie.

Jessica was an excellent pet sitter, we had to come all the way from Buffalo and leave our puppy overnight with a stranger and she made that experience soo much easier for us. She gave us updates/pictures frequently and took care of our puppy as if she was hers. Her dogs were friendly and got along great with Rylie, we definitely recommend using Jessica as a pet sitter. Jess was amazing with my dog. We went for a visit the night before and it was clear that she is super passionate about dogs and very qualified to take care of them. The dog was completely happy and worn out when we got home. There was great communication from her with pics while we were away and I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with her and hope to use her again in the future! Thanks again!

Jess is the sweetest person ever! She cared for my 2 boys like they were her own. You can certainly tell how passionate she is about dogs in every aspect. I don't leave them very often, but feel like I have found a second home for them when I do have to travel; already have rebooked another stay!

Jessica is an exceptionally loving dog boarder who treated my shy hound with great kindness and affection. Her own dogs are sweet, and she has an excellent environment in her house, combining a quiet and dog-friendly home with an attached and sizable indoor play area. Jessica was attentive and sent me both updates and questions while I was away. I would definitely use her again (now that my dog has finally warmed up to her), and I would recommend her to anyone with dog-boarding needs.

I can't say enough good things about Jessica. She is a great host. Her pets are wonderful and the facilities and location are wonderful. You can tell she cares about the pets in her care. They were in no hurry to leave. Neither was I for that matter. Also, She pointed out an emerging issue with my rottie. I'm not from central New York, but I occasionally visit and sometimes stay overnight in Syracuse as a waypoint on longer trips. So, she is also a good ambassador for the area. Thanks.

Awesome experience My active dog received plenty of exercise and companionship. I also loved the daily photos and videos.
