This was the first time Kobe had been cared for by someone outside of our family, and Siu did a wonderful job! Kobe seemed very happy and comfortable throughout his stay. We really appreciate the great care Siu provided. Highly Recomended.

Siu was great with my two dogs. Especially my senior dog who needs a little bit more attention. He was attentive, communicative, and adamant about giving the best care to them. 10/10 would recommend!

Cinnamon stayed with Siu Kei for a last-minute booking, and I really appreciated how accommodating he was. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, and he had a bed, crate, and water station ready for her when we arrived. I also received an initial update with photos shortly after she settled in, which was reassuring. If I had one small suggestion, it would just be a couple more updates throughout the stay or a quick recap at pick-up, as it's always nice to hear how your pup's day went. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and Cinnamon seemed happy and comfortable. We'd definitely recommend Siu Kei and would consider booking with him again!

Booked last minute and Siu was very accommodating, flexible, fairly priced and well equipped to watch my pup. I got updated about my pup throughout the day and he came back happy as can be. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend you do too!

This is our second time booking with Siu Kei, and thankfully he was available again. He responded quickly and drop off/pick up was easy. Our dog Stormy looked comfortable at his house, relaxing on the couch. We got photo updates on our trip, and Stormy came back looking clean and wagging her tail. Siu did a great job in watching my elderly dog for 18 days, allowing him to sleep on his couch, he did come back a little on the skinny side but all and all seemed fine. Would not hesitate in having Siu watch our dog again.

This is my second time using Siu Kei (Alex) to watch my pets. I had to find a sitter last minute to watch my 2 dogs and he responded right away. He is a life saver. He is extremely professional and kept me up to date throughout their stay. He would notify me if he thought something was off with my dogs which I really appreciated. I would recommend him to a friend any day.

Sui took care of Bella for an extended stay. Bella, when returned, had been well fed, played with, and loved. Sui brought Bella's belongings into the house and put the litter box where it had been kept. I had to extend Bella's stay with Sui because I had an extended stay in the hospital. Sui will be my forever sitter.
