This was my first time booking a house sitter for my 4.5-month-old puppy. Unfortunately, my experience with Simon was very poor and after two days we had to arrange an alternative sitter. As we were abroad this was stressful. We left written instructions detailing the level of care required. While he did feed my puppy as agreed and walked him twice a day, my Ring camera by the puppy’s pen (which he was fully aware of) recorded: • My puppy confined for 16–18.5 hours a day. • Updates that did not correspond to the level of care suggested. • The sitter in various states of undress, while another person was also present without my consent. I have reported this to Rover and the police, and I have retained evidence to support all of the above. To note, he did wash the bed sheets and the house was left clean and tidy.

Couldn’t wish for a better sitter! We went to a wedding feeling so confident the dogs were in safe hands and cared for which is such a nice feeling. We will definitely use him again and want to say a big thank you for looking after the doggos so well!

We have always put our dogs in kennels if we needed to go away and couldn't take them with us, but this time all of our kennels were full. Our only option was to consider a 'dog sitter'. Having someone come into your home to look after your furry friend is a very daunting experience. With Simon you don't need to worry. He came and met us and our GSD, asked questions and shared some of his experiences sitting at other houses. Simon looked after our dog for 3 nights and sent us photos and updates of their time together. When we got home he'd even washed the bedding and put the vaccuum around! We have already discussed him coming to sit again for our next trip. I don't think our furry friend will be going back to kennels (as good as they were) in the future.

This was a return visit and Simon again looked after Amber carefully, keeping us updated with pictures and messages. The house was clean and tidy and Amber relaxed and happy on our return.

This was the first time that Simon came to stay with our three boys and I have to say he did a brilliant job and kept us up to date with texts, photos and videos. He looked after them really well and gave Kevin the almost blind and old dog his medication and kept to his somewhat awkward bedtime routine of being carried up and down stairs. We hadn’t used a dog sitter before and I think it was a real plus that the dogs stayed in their own home while we were away. It was just like having a friend to stay and we would definitely recommend Simon to other pet owners.

We couldn’t be happier with Simon as our dog sitter! From the moment he arrived, it was clear he genuinely cares and has a real affinity for animals. He was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind to our two Samoyeds, making them feel comfortable and loved in our absence. Simon’s ability to quickly establish an instant rapport with them was impressive and reassuring. He left everything spotless and in excellent order, showing great attention to detail and respect for our home. It’s clear he’s not only passionate about dogs but also responsible and reliable. We felt completely at ease knowing our furry friends were in such caring hands. We highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a caring and professional dog sitter! This is the first time we have used a dog sitter in this situation and were apprehensive about doing so but now feel totally comfortable with using Simon’s services again.

Simon was fantastic with our neurotic little pup! He provided updates and pictures throughout and arrived punctual and keen to learn our Fred's quirks. We would definitely use Simon again.

Had a lovely introductory walk with Simon.

Simon looked after our greyhound Amber for two days while we went to a funeral. Amber was relaxed with him from the first meet and he made the whole time easier. We had lots of pictures so could see Amber was settled and happy and would never have known he had been in the house, if he hadn’t been here when we got back.

Simon is very efficient and helpful, looked after Ruby by very kind way, Great communication all the time, Thank you do much

Simon took good care of both my pup and my house, keeping me well updated throughout. The pre-sitting meet we had was good to give me confidence that my dog would be happy with him and that he would care well for everything. If definitely call on Simon again in the future.

Simon is reliable and kind. He got on with my dog quickly and she loves him. I am so glad he is there for her and can thoroughly recommend him.
