Does a great job with my shy kitty

Great communication, on time, and followed instructions perfectly! Grateful she was able to drop in on Fourth of July weekend, of all times.

Sebrena was great! She did all she was asked and more. I felt completely secure that she was checking on my cat and making sure that all was well - up to and including lying on the floor to take a picture of my kitty who was sleeping under the bed. All was well! I will definitely use her again.

Sebrena did a great job caring for our cat during our recent vacation. She was very attentive to all his needs and communicated with us on a regular basis. We would definitely use her the next time we travel.

Sebrena was a great pet sitter for our dogs, Lando and Pepper. She did a great job in keeping us updated on how the dogs were adjusting and sent lots of cute photos!

She did a wonderful job taking care of our cats even cleaning up after our youngest who has a lot of accidents. Through the nights she visited I never worried about whether or not they were taken care of. She went out of her way to make sure everything was cleaned up including a pretty bad throw up accident. Sent pictures of my babies so I knew all my pets were okay and kept us well informed! We will be using her for any vacations from here on. Absolutely awesome sitter!

This was far and away the worst experience we have had with a house or pet sitter we have connected with through Rover. We went away for seven days and expected Sebrena to stay at hour home and care for our pets. We met with her twice before leaving to lay out our expectations, and we gave a detailed set of instructions. When we returned home, we were appalled with the condition that our house was in and in general with the apparent lack of care given to and time spent with our pets. We found feces in multiple places in the house, including right next to the dog kennel so it should have been apparent; uncleaned pee stains in several places - including right next to the guest bed and in the guest bathroom; an unlocked door, no food or water in either animal's dishes, etc. Our neighbors report only seeing her car in our driveway on two occasions during the week, and the condition of the house suggests strongly that she spent very little actual time at the house despite the fact that this was a house-sitting gig. This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with someone on Rover and it has me questioning whether to use the service again. I will never use this person again and cannot recommend her under any circumstances.

Sebrena was absolutely amazing! She popped in to take care of our dogs while I was gone on a work trip and they love her. Sebrena, thank you again for going the extra mile when we had issues with our door lock, and we'll definitely contact you for the next work trip!

Sebrena is amazing! Not only was she great with my dog Brick, she was able to check in on him last minute after a friend cancelled. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again, she really makes sure your pet has everything they need and are happy!
