Sarah is great at communicating and taking care of our pets. She has taken care of our fur babies twice now and I will continue to use her as our first choice!

I would not recommend. I paid to have daily visits while I was going to be out of the country. She told me she would be at my house first thing in the morning the first day to pick up my key. About 6pm I had not heard anything and messaged her. She had not made it over yet. At least two separate days she did not even show up, said she had a family issue, but never communicated that she wouldn't be there either day. It seemed like I had to text and remind her to go over. This was very stressful as I was about to leave the country, not knowing if she was ever going to show up and was the only one with a key to my house. After that I think she was there most days, but I got repeat photos, so I'm not sure. I realize he's a cat, but this was his first time at home alone, I paid her to be there every day, and if there were any issues with the AC or power, he would have been stuck in there for days. When I got home, his water was nasty and full of gnats. Again, would not recommend.

This was our first house sitting with Sarah. I am so grateful for Sarah, and she has my unwavering trust to take care of my fur baby. My dog became very unwell and also had seizure activity (no fault of Sarah, just so happened to show while we were gone). Sarah did everything right. Not only did she communicate non stop with us, she ensured Zelda got emergency care. After it was deemed Zelda was stable and no longer needing vet care, she never left Zelda’s side, while we traveled across the country to get home to her. I have been using rover for over 8 years and I have never been more impressed with a Dogsitter. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone needing. Thank you Sarah for making sure our fur baby was safe

Sarah's rate is very good but this was our first time leaving our dog, and I wish there had been more communication. Only one picture during her 9-day stay and responses to my inquiries of how she was twice. At pick-up we were told she had pottied in the house and she had shed a lot. Angel is very good at going potty outside with us, and our long-haired dog sheds in the summer even though her coat is maintained. Not all of our belongings were returned but they were nice enough to drive those to us. Unfortunately, we will look for a different sitter next time.

Sarah did a great job of taking care of our little wild man during lunchtime for a few days after only meeting him once! Thank you for putting our minds at ease!
