Lillian was quick to respond and professional. She was very knowledgeable on dogs and I immediately felt comfortable having her check in on my dog. Definitely recommend!

We have a new puppy and were nervous about leaving the puppy with anyone. Lillian was very accommodating when we arrived to check out the physical premises and surroundings. She made us feel comfortable leaving Lucy with her.

I loved Lillian. Such a nice lady. Made sure my cat had his own room away from other pets. She took great care of Benji, he didn’t want to leave!

This was our first experience with Rover. Lillian was amazing. We are longtime dog parents and, unfortunately, one of our fur babies has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and needs insulin shots and extra TLC. Our regular kennel does not offer those services. Lillian was like the grandmother our Sadie needed - very kind and reassuring. Lillian kept us up to date during the stay and sent cute photos daily. Sadie will definitely be back to visit.

Lillian was wonderful! We needed someone right away due to a medical emergency, and she came the the very next morning. We hired her for 2 weeks; she was always on-time and was able to walk both of the dogs together (the way they are used to.) We will definitely call her first if we ever need help again.

Brees first stay with Lillian was fantastic. She is an outstanding sitter who takes the time to get your pet welcomed and comfortable with his new surroundings. She took time to send us pictures and keep us informed throughout the stay. She is a dedicated hard worker who has excellent skills to care for your pet. Brees had a great time with Lillian and her dogs, he came home happy and tired.... just what we wanted! More visits are in the future...thanks Lillian!

We have used Lillian to watch either one, or both, of our dogs on several occasions in the past.  Each time, the dogs appeared comfortable and well cared for while they were there.  And that is not always the case with other sitters. Zibber, my Dalmation/mix, does not always get along with other dogs unless they are properly introduced.  Lillian introduced him to her two dogs, and to some of her other clients' dogs, without any problems.  In fact, Zibber and her dog Dave are now very good friends. Ksusha, my Black Russian Terrier, gets very anxious when left with a stranger and sometimes won't eat or drink until she feels more comfortable.  However, while doing our initial meet-and-greet with Lillian, Ksusha went to the water bowl and drank on her own so she must have felt comfortable there.  In addition, Ksusha has a coat that requires daily grooming.  Lillian has done a good job of keeping her coat free from knots and matting. Lillian was very attentive and followed all the instructions that I provided.  I am very pleased with her service and would definitely recommend her to others and would use her again in the future to care for my dogs.
