Remonda was awesome with our last minute booking and took great care of my fluffy boys. Pictures were sent often and I can’t say enough nice things about her.

Remonda took good care of my dog. Looks like he had lots of cuddles on the couch and was spoiled with lots of treats. Her home looked clean and comfortable with plenty of dog beds and toys. My dog is older and gets anxious but he took to her right away. Remonda was also very flexible with the pickup time. I had asked the day before if I could get him later than planned and she had no problem with it.

We had a great experience overall. Remonda was quick to respond and very helpful. We knew our dogs were in good hands!

Remonda was amazing with my dog over Memorial Day weekend. I felt very comfortable with him in her care.

We gave our dogs a bath before dropping them off, but when we picked them up, our Yorkie was covered in urine! His hair was crusty under his chin, all four legs and his entire belly pretty much half way up his body! He smelled extremely bad!! It seemed like he had been lying in urine!! Our Dachshund smelled like urine and dog feces also! This is completely unacceptable! I can’t imagine how this could have happened and what kind of conditions our dogs were actually being kept in?! The bedding we sent for them was not used and still in their travel bag! We will definitely not be using this sitter again and I would advise that no one does!!

Remonda was great with our pup! He was nervous at first being in a new place and she quickly made him feel at home. She sent updates and photos daily and made it very easy to communicate and coordinate. We will definitely board our dog with her again!

This was the WORST experience possible. Teddy has used many sitters through Rover and we are very aware of what standard care should look like. When we picked up our dog, we were standing at the front door and could hear dogs barking in her garage with the garage door cracked open, and a fan going inside. Some of the dogs she was watching were in the garage. SHE STILL WASN’T HOME SO THEY WERE KEPT THERE WHILE SHE WAS AWAY. IT WAS 90 DEGREES OUT. They bring out Teddy and he’s absolutely matted in his own urine and the towel from his crate made it obvious that he soiled many times and was left in way too long. We brought Teddy home and he was chugging water for 10 minutes straight, could barely walk and the vet confirmed he was extremely dehydrated and not taken care of. There are other reviews that claim the same garage situation and urine issue, and I’m telling you that she will respond to this review denying it. SHE’S LYING. HE WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF! I’m messaged her directly first to address things and she ended up denying everything and blocking me. Horrible care and horrible customer service.

Remonda has been great with my Rhea baby. She seems to really love the dogs and has a beautiful backyard for them. I love the pics of my girl playing outside.

Duke had a great time with Remonda and her pups! Flexible with drop off/pick up especially when dealing with my work schedule. She is friendly and responds quickly throughout the day. Whenever I need doggy daycare, I plan to reach out to her again!
