She is taking on more dogs than she has the ability to care for. Not a safe place to leave your pup.

I left my dog here a few times and it was fine. As she started to get more business, the care of the facility’s decreased drastically. She has not hired someone else to help her take care of the dogs and has a lot of them at 1 time. My most recent stay with her, my dog was severely injured and neglected and Rachel did not know what happened. When she was questioned about it, her response was to block me from her phone. Very unprofessional and your pet will not be safe.

Rachel abused and mistreated my dog. When I picked him up after a stay with her, he had a dislocated elbow and bruising to his arms and legs. She has refused to explain or communicate what has occured under her care.

While left in Rachel’s care, my dog suffered abuse and neglect that Rachel has refused to explain or pay for the veterinary bills that resulted from it.

Easy drop off and pickup and quick to respond both leading up to and during stay. She has a great set up with big crates and dedicated play area for the dogs. This is more of a kennel and not staying in the owners’ home - not an issue for us, but something to keep in mind as I overlooked this when booking.

Rachel was GREAT!! - She provided a report of how Zoey was doing/getting along and sent frequent pictures. Zoey returned 'tired' and ready for a nap...which is exactly what I hoped for. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel was awesome! She sent me pictures and gave me updates during my puppy’s entire stay. You won’t go wrong booking with her!

We were happy with the overall service. Rachel was very friendly, accommodating, and flexible, which are all very important when making last-minute travel plans. We received appropriate updates giving us peace of mind with regards to our pet's well-being. Would return for service should the need arise in the future.

Rachel was wonderful with our fur baby. We received daily pictures of Nico along with text updates while we were away. So we were at ease and never wondered how he was doing we loved that. Rachel was very accommodating if we had to stretch his stay a day or so. We highly recommend Rachel. She truly cares and will take care of your pet while you are away.

Annalisa and Bonnie enjoy there time in Rachel Ranch. She send pictures to let me know they were in okay hands...definitely will be back.

I would recommend Rachel to anyone. Rachel has a very nice area for the pups to be outside and a fresh area for when they want to be inside. My dog Chloe was in great hands throughout the weekend and she came back home a very happy puppy. Even though Chloe is young and wild, Rachel had the patience for Chloe. We will definitely be leaving Chloe with Rachel the next time we go out of town !

Rachel is awesome and was so sweet to our dogs. She sent pictures and details about her drop-in visits each time, played with our dogs, and even straightened up before we came home. We will definitely use Rachel again!

We had 2 dogs with Rachel during the springbreak. She was very flexible on pick up/drop off the dogs. We wish to receive the pics during the stay, but we didn't get any. We were worry about our Bella and we know she is having a separation anxiety, AND she used to be around with the people, not in the cage. Our Duke doesn't mind at all. We are recommend for any dogs don't mind to stay in the cage.

Rachel was awesome even though she had had a root canal she was still able to follow through with everything Vixen is a happy healthy puppy and I will definitely use Rachel in the future
