Rachel was amazing to work with. She was wonderful with our fur baby, Alan. Rachel communicated and send photos often. We’ll absolutely use her again. 🤍

Rachel was very responsive and kind. She even accommodated a last minute request and took in Tex a whole day earlier! Tex had lots of fun and left happy. Would have liked more updates but I’m glad he was well taken care of.

Rachel is amazing! She took suck good care of my boy Frog, I think he wasn't nearly as mad at me for being gone as he would've been. I'll be booking with her next time I need to board my boy!

My 6 month old puppy had a great time at Rachel’s! We got video updates during the visit, they had lots of room to roam the property all weekend.

Rachel was awesome with updating and pics and vids. Unfortunately, I did not get to see my dogs sleeping area.. They are fully vaccinated and on allergy meds but once getting home, my boy dog who has buzzed hair had rashes so bad on both his legs I bathed him and brought him to the emergency vet from his flesh being badly visibly infected. My girl dog who had long hair and was buzzed a couple days later had the same thing once my groomer & vet informed me... I'm not sure how this was not noticed on at least my boy dog. His joints had infected skin when I picked him up... I couldn't believe this was missed, when I got home. First and last time boarding through this app.

Rachel is the best!!! She is so patient with our nervous pup, and has won her heart over. It is such a relief to know we can call her to take care of our girl when we need to travel, and that our pup trusts her. We are so grateful!

Everything went great. Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of our fur baby Casey. She sent us pictures and videos of Casey to let us know she was doing good. Casey had a wonderful time with Rachel. We highly recommend using Rachel.

Rachel is seriously the best! I was nervous dropping off my dog to anyone because he’s just a puppy, and she helped me feel better immediately. She sent pictures and videos and it really seemed like my pup had the best time there! I will definitely be booking with Rachel again in the future!

Rachel was so patient with our nervous girl! Our dog is very fearful around new people, and it takes some time to earn her trust. Rachel was so understanding and took the time to earn our pup’s trust. After a few visits, our dog was so excited to see her and couldn’t wait to get some love from her! Great experience. Rachel took good care of my pups and they seemed to like it there. I would recommend her. She was very easy to work with and was good about sending pics while I was gone.

We had some issues with our stay. Communication was good and we appreciate them being able to take care of our animals on short notice.

I was very happy with Rachel watching my Ranger. She shared pictures and videos and gave nice feedback when I checked in to see how he was doing. Rangers exposure to other dogs and cats was good for him socially and according to Rachel he did well despite chasing one cat up a tree when we arrived. I was embarrassed but she wasn't phased. She clearly handles all the animals well. Ranger came home pooped out from having made new friends! I will definitely call on her again if needed.
