Rachael was great! She watched 2 of my fur babies Koji and Pepper and sent me photos and videos throughout their stay. I would definitely book with her again in the future.

Quick to response. Very accommodating. Took pictures of our pups daily including special birthday pictures and a video. Would definitely recommend! Hopefully they are available when we travel again.

Rachael was great with our dog, who can be a little scared and anxious in new settings. She was super nice with him, made him feel more comfortable, and after a few days she helped him settle right in. We were able to have a great vacation and not worry about our pup! Thanks Rachael.

Rachel was great! She cared for two of our dogs for two weeks - one is only 1.5 year old and the other is a 16 week old puppy. We were worried that they would be too much but Rachel did a great job caring for them. She kept us updated with pictures and videos and our dogs came home happy and healthy. We highly reccomend!

Well, first am so happy Rachel and Mike are available to watch Marley. They always do a good job. And Marley is always happy to see them. Marley acts like a little puppy again when he sees them. I guess Marley likes them better than me. Anyways, as long as Mike and Rachel are still available I’m gonna keep using them. They do a superb job.

Rachael took my request last minute to drop-in and take care of my dog. Rachael let her outside, gave her fresh water and food, and sent photos and videos during her time there. I appreciate her quick responses and I will use her again in the future!

Provided everything Rachael needed, but failed to use the the item provided, I provided wraps (diapers) for my dog Buster, which Racheal neglected to use, and continued to charge me a $40 cleaning fee, I mentioned that my dog was potty trained only in my household, and due to his separation anxiety, it’s neat to leave his wraps on, her excuse was she thought I was mentioning bandage wraps, due to a prior injury Buster had, but if she were to just look in the bag, she would find them, also her bio doesn’t mention she only accepts potty trained dogs including puppies in training, overall she’s very misleading

Rachael was truly an angel sent from heaven. She accepted my last minute request for a two week stay, and was so kind and compassionate. I appreciated how she did not blow up my phone while I was away, but still notified me of important things. I could tell that my dog had an absolute blast with her family. She is my #1 sitter from now on whenever I go out of town. Thank you a million, Rachael.❤️
