Quanying is great at communication throughout the boarding process. She took lots of photos of my pup and made sure I was comfortable. Though, she does not speak English, she was still able to communicate with my effectively and has other family members in her household that can speak English on her behalf. I would highly recommend booking with her!

Quanying is one of the best pet sitters around! Whenever I leave Lulu with her I know she’s being taken care of and loved! She always gives photo updates, responds quickly and has been flexible with drop off and pick ups!

Quanying was very attentive and sent tons of photos, which I appreciated. She was responsive via text, although I recommend a translator app for in person. She was very responsive when a minor house rule was clarified and immediately made sure to accommodate my preferences. When my dog came home, she was tired and happy. I would definitely book again.
