Annie is amazing! Highly recommend her for all pet needs. She is very communicative and engaged. Our dog is a bit shy but Annie was able to make our dog feel incredibly comfortable and open with her. We are so grateful for her services!

Annie was great. She house sat with our two senior cats , Sherman and Hawthorne. They clearly enjoyed her company and we enjoyed her photos and her attention to our home. We have already scheduled her for our next trip. If you need someone who loves and is experienced with cats, Annie is a wonderful fit.

We hired Annie to watch our 5-month-old Great Dane puppy, Moony, with explicit instructions that he needs a potty break every 2–4 hours and a meal at noon. According to our Nest camera, Annie took him out at 6:30 AM and did not take him out again until 2:00 PM—a 7.5-hour gap for a puppy. She also left the house from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, skipping his scheduled noon feeding entirely. Most concerning was that she was completely unresponsive to both us and Rover Support during this entire window. Rover issued a full refund due to these safety and care violations. I would not recommend her with the care of your pet.

Amazing!!! Annie is great with out shy dog and went out above to build trust with our dog. Annie was very good about communicating with us. We will definitely be using Annie as a pet sitter again!
