I’ve booked Scarlett multiple times to check on my cat while traveling. Could not recommend her enough - followed instructions perfectly, sent a ton of photos, and always on time! I trust Scarlett with my kitty more than anyone!

Scarlett was great with Charlie! She loves pets and she’ll love yours too. She will follow you directions exactly and completely. I will definitely set up reoccurring walks with Scarlett once I’m regularly back in the office in June.

She easily & expertly won over our anxious cat. I’m usually a little anxious when away but there was no need w Scarlett as our sitter. Scarlett is very clutch! She was very flexible, accountable, and great in our state of pet emergency. We have hired her before in our previous place and it’s also been great!

Scarlett is the best! We have a very difficult senior kitty cat so it can be hard to find a pet sitter and I couldn't believe how much she loved Scarlett. Scarlett took extra time to make sure she felt loved and comfortable. We have a finicky eater as well and Scarlett put so much love and care into making sure she ate while we were gone. Could not recommend her more! She truly makes a connection with the animals she cares for!

I was excited to book Scarlett because of all her positive reviews and 39 repeat clients, however I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Scarlett and will not be booking her again. I did a meet and greet and everything seemed great. Scarlett was warm and took notes on everything I told her. I also texted her in great detail all of the directions about my cat. The directions are also in the Rover app for my pet. On the first day Scarlett was supposed to watch my cat she at first went to the wrong apartment. She texted me a picture and I had to say, "That is not my apartment". She then went to my correct one and sent multiple pictures, which was great. However, she texted me multiple times asking for directions that I had already sent via the app, text, and told her in person. I should not have been having to repeat myself so many times with directions when I was trying to enjoy my vacation. She also did not follow directions as my cat has a water fountain, not a bowl. Scarlett sent me a picture of water in my cat's food bowl and the food just strewn around the bowl. This is so messy and not what my cat is used to or the directions I left. She then texted me she lost my key. Though she did eventually find it it was another thing I had to worry about while I'm away. I then had a friend take over from Scarlett since my friend was back in town. She told me that the litter was overflowing, and my cat's pee pad was completely full. It was so full there was poop thrown out of the litter box. My cat has never done this before, which tells me that her litter was not changed in the 3 days that Scarlett watched my cat, which is unacceptable. It is stressful to leave your beloved pet in the first place, and then to have all of these things happen while I was gone made my time away even more stressful.

Our kitty is a little older and can take a really long time to warm up to new people, and sometimes she’ll never warm up! Finding a sitter who makes her feel comfortable has been really difficult for us, but Scarlett managed to crack the secret code within a few days! Kitty was happy as a clam and we’d happily rebook!! Scarlett was also very communicative and responsive, always sending lots of photos and detailed rover cards. Scarlett made us feel very comfortable that our baby was safe and well taken care of!

Scarlett is really amazing. She is extremely careful in following instructions and did a great job of keeping me updated through pictures and messages during each visit. My cat also got comfortable with her quite quickly which was a big plus. I have already booked Scarlett for my next out of town trip.

This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous about it. My mind was set at ease after I met Scarlett. It was clear that she understood how much my fur babies mean to me. She sent updates and photos every day, played with our kitties, and generally went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Scarlett!
