Tara cared for my pups like they were her own

Tara was a wonderful Housesitter! She graciously accepted our last minute request and was very accommodating to the slightly complex care schedules of our cats and dog! She was even able to administer a new medication to our dog on less than a day’s notice. She also responded quickly to all messages which helped us feel at ease on our trip. We came home to happy, healthy pets and a clean house. We couldn’t ask for more!

Tara was wonderful with my young, high energy border collie. This was my first time using Rover and she put me at ease with her professionalism and timely communication throughout my trip. Tara goes beyond requirements. She looked after my chickens as well and I came home to a beautifully groomed, relaxed dog and clean house. I highly recommend her services!

Tara was absolutely fantastic! We had a meet and greet that was amazing. It was my first time leaving my dogs with demons and was so nervous. Tara was patient and understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. Tara’s proffesionalism is to be admired. I was sent pictures and updates daily. My dogs appeared happy and were included I. Her pet family 100%. I would totally recommend Tara and look forward to having her watch my dogs when I get a chance to go on another trip.

Tara was super helpful and caring when our family was out of town for a day. It was last minute but she still was willing to help. Definitely recommend her services. Our pup got along great with her dogs and she is definitely prepared for overnight stays. All she asked is to provide was his food with bowl and leash. Better experience than we ever expected and behind grateful for her help!

As usual, my experience with Tara was a positive one. She was available for a very last minute trip, then when we ran into an unexpected delay on our return home she was willing to help and keep our dog an extra day. Our dog Bella most definitely enjoys her time at Tara's house. From how happy she is to see Tara, until I pick her up she almost seems hesitant to get in my car as if she wants to stay at Tara's house. Its a very reassuring feeling to be able to go away and not even worry once about Bella's safety or well being.

My wife and I were recently in a bind. We had booked travel to Italy, with the plan of having our parents house-sit for us while we were gone. Those plans fell through, and we first considered a kennel for our dog Brutus, and our two cats. The problem with that was firstly, it was super expensive and secondly we were going to be gone for nearly three weeks and didn't like the idea of Brutus being in a cage for so long. We stumbled upon Rover.com where we were lucky enough to find Tara. Although we were a little wary of someone we didn't know watching our beloved pets and watching our home, the first meeting with Tara really put us at ease. She explained her schedule, told us of her experience and even made recommendations on what to leave in case of emergencies. While we were out of the country Tara kept us in the loop of everything that was going on, even when our cat scratched the dog on the nose (aww.). She sent pictures regularly and was wonderful through the whole process. All of that and her prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a pet-sitter or house-sitter and will certainly use her the next time I go out of town!
