Nicole was very kind and kept my dog alive while I was away. I will most likely not book with her again because of the environment my dog was in. The house had a LOT of clutter and garbage. I also found out that she had three other dogs in addition to my dog and her three dogs. I think seven is way too many to have in a house that size. Also on her reviews everybody was praising her for her communication, but I would never hear from her unless I asked and then she would send me blurry photos.
