I hired Nick several times for drop-in visits for my dog Murphy and he was working out great, until this last visit on Sunday 4/26. I’ll leave some details out for his sake. Long story short, he left my property without ever entering my house or taking care of my dog. I was at work and recognized something wasn’t right when I didn’t receive any communication through the app. I tried messaging and calling him and he didn’t respond until the next day. His excuse for what happened was, in my opinion, inexcusable. Thankfully, I was able to contact a neighbor to take care of Murphy. I’m pretty hesitant to use Rover at all now.
Nick has been great with my dog Murphy. He’s very reliable and always makes sure she gets everything she needs while I’m at work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
As a nervous first-time cat mom, I was reluctant to hire a stranger to stay at my home with my adolescent fur baby. Fortunately, I found Nick. Nick is kind, attentive, considerate and capable. He responded quickly to multiple check-ins and was clearly interested in making sure he provided continuity of care. I returned to a happy cat and a spotless home. If I didn’t know he had stayed here, I wouldn’t have known he stayed here. Nick is a consummate professional and a genuinely kind human. I intend to rebook in the very near future.

I was recovering from a surgery and needed help with my handicapped dog. I'm so glad I found Nick! My girl Charlie is paralyzed in her hind in and and needs to be put in her wheelchair when going outside or for walks. She is also incontinent so she needs her bladder expressed. I wasn't able to do any of this. After explaining all this to Nick he quickly learned how to take care of all of her needs. Charlie adapted to him as well. I was very impressed with Nick he was always on time and with his positive attitude, took Charlie in her wheelchairs, for a "GOOD QUALITY" walk. Nick is a nice and caring guy that I will highly recommend to anybody that needs help with dog walking or more. I will be suggesting him to all my friends and family. You never know when you'll need somebody to help out with your fur baby when you are unable🐾
