Fantastic care for Teddy. We were kept up to date with photos and videos. Definitely recommend them and will be using their Services again

Scout spent a very happy day with Nadine and Michael. We really appreciated the photo and video updates during the day, he is returning for his first weekend stay with them in a few weeks. They are very kind and understanding 💙🐾

It was our first time leaving Scout outside our family group, Nadine and Michael are friendly and welcoming. They sent me a video clip and photo during the afternoon which was lovely and reassuring. They are very accommodating- starting with a short visit. Scout came home very calm and exhausted. Their house is in a lovely location with off road walks from the front door. Have rebooked for a weekend next month.

We came to Rover as a reluctant need for Doggy Day Care due to work commitments and after reading through numerous local reviews decided on trusting Nadine & Michael with our treasured 7 month old Cockapoo. We receive regular pictures and video’s of his day even though he has stayed with them several times now. We know how much he loves going to Nadine and Michael, as when we go to collect him, he races out to see us and then tries to run back in to carry on playing with his friends of the day. We feel we’ve struck gold finding these people, they are devoted to all the dogs wellbeing, welfare, happiness and enjoyment. We feel completely at ease and trust them implicitly with him. If you are looking for someone to care for your beloved dog and to love them like you do, we can whole heartedly recommend Nadine & Michael

Bonnie had a fantastic time! Both Nadine and Michael we very friendly and kind and sent lots of pictures and updates through out the day so we knew that Bonnie was having a lovely time. Sweet touches like sending Bonnie home with a rosette for being a good girl and a lovely welcome pack of goodies really made the visit. I won't hesitate to send Bonnie to their doggy day care again. Michael and Nadine were so accommodating for our 6 month old puppy who had never been with a dog sitter before and had never spent a day with other dogs before, they paid extra close attention to her to make sure she was comfortable, they sent me photo and video updates all day showing me what little Bella was up to, I 100% will be using them again in the near future, Bella absolutely loved her time with them! I absolutely recommend them if you want your dog to have a safe and fun place to stay!

Such a lovely couple who are so honest and transparent about everything. They’re true to their word and went above and beyond. Our dogs were thoroughly spoiled and taken care of - surprised they didn’t mind coming home after the treatment they got with Nadine & Michael! We got daily photo and video updates to see how well they were getting on. These guys are great and would definitely recommend for personalised and impeccable care! We left Bailey for a day with Nadine and Michael- From arriving to leaving, Bailey was welcomed and we felt he was very well looked after. We had regular welcome updates with photos which helps put your mind at ease to enjoy your day out. Upon collecting Bailey he was awarded a rosette for Good behaviour and a wonderful goodie Welcome bag which was most unexpected - Overall I would totally recommend Nadine and Michael

This was our first time leaving our miniature dachshund Reggie with Nadine & Michael. From the first contact they were incredibly responsive and accommodating when we had to change our booking. They were happy for us to do a meet & greet to make sure we/they were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were happy to accommodate Reggie’s routines from home which was a big relief for us! They kept us up to date all throughout the stay with pictures and videos via WhatsApp. They are both incredibly knowledgable and you can tell how much they care for the dogs they look after even gifting Reggie with a goody bag to take away with him! They had another 2 dogs staying at the same time as Reggie and I would have 100% trust in them that they would manage all dogs together safely and with their knowledge and experience would trust their judgement should a situation arise where the dogs were unable to get along. Reggie had a brilliant stay and is super tired now after a fun filled weekend. I will definitely use Nadine & Michael again 😊

We booked our dog, Banksy, to stay with Nadine from Saturday morning until Monday morning, trusting that he would be in capable hands. Nadine had already met him and spent an entire day with him previously, where we only received positive feedback about his behavior. Unfortunately, the experience following that was far from professional. At 9pme on Saturday evening, we received a message explaining that they were struggling with Banksy and suggesting we pick him up that same evening. This was unexpected and left us in an extremely difficult position, especially with our daughter's baptism scheduled for the following day. When I arrived to collect Banksy, I asked if they had tried using a crate to help calm him; they hadn’t. Banksy was simply excited and wanted to play with the other dog in their care, and rather than manage this energy, they shut him in a kitchen where he could sense the other dog. This was unfair to him and only escalated his frustration. Putting him in a quiet place in a crate would have certainly helped; he’s a young pup who naturally wanted to get out and play! I then asked if we could bring him back the next morning, but they recommended we make other arrangements altogether. This left us with no time to find alternative care, resulting in Banksy being left alone for an extended period on Sunday, which was stressful for him and us. We’ve used Bark before with two different sitters, both who had dogs, and they had no issues with Banksy. Their reviews reflect his good behavior, making this experience even more disappointing. I hope this feedback helps future pet parents avoid the stress and inconvenience we experienced.

Nadine and Michael were amazing with our Cockapoo Arlo! He had a great time and even came away with a bag of goodies! They sent regular updates with videos and photos and totally put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough 😀

It was a first time ever leaving my two fluffy babies with a sitter and I was so scared, however Nadine and Michael were very reassuring, caring and relaiable. They set a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, kept us constantly updated, sending lots of pictures and videos. I am over the moon how accommodating they are 😀 lovely people with such an amazing approach to animals. 5 stars is not enough ✨️ when we picked our dogs up they walked out with awesome rosettes and a goodie bags! 🥰

Another amazing stay for our boys with Nadine and Michael. It's their home from home. Dudley and Murphy where so comfortable at drop off and had a fab day. And as I was late get back due to traffic Nadine and Michael where so patient and understanding ❤️.
