Susan is absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind and flexible when helping dog sit our elderly yorkie last minute while we were visiting Malibu. She is very knowledgeable and sensitive to your pets needs and will do everything possible to make sure they are comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough!! I can not stress enough how amazing Susan was to work with. Her kindness and professionalism was such a pleasant surprise. You always expect someone who is watching your dogs to be kind and professional but she took it to a lvl I never expected and fully appreciated. My girls had a blast with her all day. She basically took them on a doggie play day for the entire day. They were pampered and loved the whole day. We were visiting the area in our RV and spent the day at Universal. We were not stressed at all worrying about our girls because she kept us updated with pictures and videos the whole day. We could tell from the videos that our girls were having a great day. If we were local I would hire her just to take our girls out for doggie fun days. 100% recommend her.

Susan is wonderful and took fantastic care of my dogs. She went above and beyond to make sure they had a great week and got the exercise they needed. She was very communicative and sent pictures of my dogs each day.

Susan went above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable and our 4 fur babies absolutely loved her! She was flexible even when we had to extend our travel by a day. I truly can’t say anymore good things about her!!!

Susan was great! You could tell she loves the pets that she cares for from the moment you meet her. I left my dog with her for a few days and she was attentive, caring and I know my dog loved staying with her, which is the biggest stamp of approval. I would trust her with my fur baby anytime.

Hard to leave a review because five stars is not enough! Susan is excellent in everyway. She is a true pet lover and stepped in to a difficult situation for me with my elderly diabetic cat. She changed the litter box and water but also made a food and behavioral suggestion because I have another cat in the house that doesn't need medication. Susan communicates very well via text and phone and I always felt that I knew what the situation was with my cat. The pictures are great because I am out of town for work and this gave me peace of mind. I would, without reservation, recommend Susan for your pet as well.

I was passing through town and needed a sitter for my little guy last minute. Susan was wonderful! Punctual, attentive and sent sweet updates with photos throughout the day. My old timer is usually a bit stressed if I leave him for hours at a time but I could tell when I got home that he had had plenty of attention. He was relaxed and happy. I would recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her next time I’m in the area and need a sitter ?
