First, I want to say that Mufida has been incredibly sweet and clearly put a lot of care and love into taking care of our two cats. We were traveling for a longer period (a month and a half) and she sent us lots of pictures of our cats, who I think really made friends with hers. We missed them terribly, but it helped to know that they were safe, well-fed and in good company. Unfortunately I do feel obligated to mention that when we got our cats back, they had gained a startling amount of weight. I had wondered if they were getting LITTLE tubby from some of the photos, but it was hard to tell, since anyone with cats knows they can appear to be really different sizes depending on their posture. However, when I saw them in person I was pretty shocked. We've been feeding them the amounts listed in their care instructions for years and they've never had significant weight changes, so I'm not really sure what happened. Maybe it's harder to tell they're gaining weight when you're seeing them every day, but... it's a dramatic change. It seems like Mufida is a pro at this and has a lot of happy customers, so it's possible that there was just some sort of misunderstanding with our instructions. With that in mind I'm still going to leave 4 stars in good faith. I want to highlight that the most important thing to me is that my cats were safe and happy during their time with Mufida. They are pretty food motivated so I'm sure they were happy! They'll hopefully get back to a healthy weight with time and a diet. At the end of the day, I'm mostly just grateful they're still themselves and seemed to have a great time. Thanks again.

Mufida was amazing! I was a bit scared of leaving my cat alone or with someone but Mufida cleared all my fears. She took such great care of Shairu and he got comfortable with her really fast. She sent me regular updates with many pictures and videos of Shairu. I appreciated that a lot! She was very easy to communicate with and always replied instantly. This was my first time using Rover. I needed to board my two cats last minute and Mufida accommodated them. She is prompt, gave me updates on the cats and even sent pictures. I would book her again. I definitely recommend her.
