Morgan did a wonderful job with Doug! This was Doug’s first time being boarded. She gave us regular updates throughout his stay, putting my mind at ease during our trip. We will definitely use her again whenever there is a need! Thank you Morgan!!!

Did not follow specific instructions on caring for our dogs. A few instances the dogs were kenneled much longer than the agreed time and not let outside to potty. Requested two of the dogs be let out on leashes but they were not. Luckily they did not run off or have any other issues. Overall did a pretty good job of feeding, giving meds and sending photos.

Our dogs LOVE staying with Morgan! We dropped them off with her for their second stay, and they immediately went right inside with tails wagging! Morgan goes the extra mile and sends me daily updates and photos. Our dogs have the perfect home away from home with Morgan ❤️

Our dogs loved staying with Morgan! She is a very kind and caring young woman and went the extra mile to provide me with photos and updates daily on how my dogs were doing. She made sure they were clean and tidy and well tended to. I plan to rebook with Morgan when I need help with my dogs in the future!

Zero stars. Do not leave your pets here! Morgan was on a house sitting gig and left everything to her husband while our 2 dogs (one is a 2mo puppy) stayed at her house with TEN other animals (they do not have a fenced yard) not including their pets. Our dogs were in crates the entire time and only let out to go to the bathroom on a leash. Morgan told me I should be thankful that she isn't charging me for washing the poop and urine off our puppy every day as that is an up-charge. He has never messed in his crate at home, but if you leave a puppy in his crate too long, that will happen. Our 2-month puppy is traumatized by his crate now. When we pick up our dogs, her husband didn't know what dogs we came to get nor what stuff was ours and gave us back half our food - which was measured out for the stay. When confronted they had lots of excuses, but you can't deny the filthy, skinny, frantic state our dogs were in when we picked them up. Do yourself a favor and find someone other than these folks. I think they are just in for the money.

Morgan was amazing on super short notice! I was in a pinch looking for a last-minute sitter and Morgan responded almost immediately & helped me navigate using Rover for the first time. She sent several photos of Buttercup and it's clear that she worked hard to ensure Buttercup was comfortable throughout her whole stay. Pickup and drop-off was easy and convenient/close to downtown. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. Morgan agreed to sit my dog without much notice. We were still able to fit a meet and greet in. She sent photos and communicated while I was away which was nice. I really don't like the idea of leaving a dog in a cage. I'm thankful to her family for watching my dog. I would recommend!

Morgan and her husband Jake were extremely kind and caring when it came to housing my furry friend! They treated him like a member of their own family and were willing to do whatever it took to make his stay as enjoyable as possible!
