Where do I begin here…my experience with Michelle was outstanding. It was my first time using rover and so glad it was with Michelle. It was a last minute ask and appreciated her for coming in and help with my pups. She was responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay with daily pics. I was the anxious pet parent, leaving her babies behind but Michelle understood and was happy to adjust things to ensure I felt comfortable. I have an anxious pup and I could tell how much love and care she provided just by how they acted around her. I definitely recommend Michelle to everyone and will be rebooking her again.
