I was disappointed with my experience with Michelle. Unfortunately, the litter boxes were not scooped, and they were all completely full when I returned early from my trip. The water bowls were empty, which was concerning given how important hydration is for cats. I also had to ask for updates and pictures, which made me uneasy. Ultimately, I decided to come home early from my trip because things just weren’t going well and I’m glad I did given the state of my house when I did return.
Michelle followed instructions I left for her and had great communication.

She did not show up to let my dog out in the 3/5 night of our agreement, leaving her in her crate all night. I never got a good explanation why. I had to cancel the rest of the time and find someone else.
